I’ve ordered semaglutide twice from them. The first time I do believe the dose was low and not what my doctor told them to send but it still was a little affective. Way under affective to what I’ve been sent from other companies though. 3 months later and I’ve ordered it again from here with no change in my blood sugar at all. I check mine daily to see if the medication is actually working and whatever they are selling is not real. It’s not a cheap medication and this is one of those places we are warned about online for selling fake medicine.

Worst pharmacy ever - I called 2 weeks ago to get a refill. Left a message. No one calls you back. I am on the phone now for a refill which should take about 3 minutes or less and I have been on the phone for 28 minutes and still no refill completed.....however according to the recorder my call is very important.....ha haGet your prescriptions filled elsewhere. This place is a joke.They should be like other pharmacies - hit the number for a refill - put in you prescription number and be done with the call.

They took over 3 weeks to process my order through my provider after Christmas. No drawing needles are provided. What, am I supposed to inject myself with dull needles?

My wellness clinic uses these as one of their providers for peptide prescriptions.This pharmacy's turnaround has gone from about 3 to 4 days a year ago, now they are taking 3 to 4 weeks this is a chronic problem.This seems to be their new standard operating procedure for 2023 now 2024. I'm requesting my provider use alternative pharmacies. Granted when I get it The quality is good but they're shipping department is deplorable.

Shout out to Charnae. I hope I spelled her name correctly. I was calling in to refill a prescription. I had some issues with supplies during my last refill so I was ensuring it would all be correct moving forward. She listened, understood my issues, updated my profile with the preferences I had for needle size and type. She was so helpful and sounded happy to help me. She is a great example of why I choose Revive for my pharmacy needs.

we've been using them for about 8 months now. and we've been VERY PLEASED. Phone hold times times have been reasonable. They always have our info at hand. And prescriptions have been filled when we need them (we come into Houston from about an hour away)The pick up system is intuitive and quick. I've never waited more than 3-5 minutes. And the people there are always friendly and helpful.

Shout out to Tom, the Pharmacist, I had many questions concerning BPC 157, and he was super professional, kind, and patient, giving me the answers I was seeking.I called three separate times, and I never got the hint of irritation or being a nuisance as a patient. At the end of our calls, he always said to called back anytime if any questions or concerns which ease my anxieties.Thanks for the 5 star service!

From the date they received my order from my doctor (on Dec 12) I heard NOTHING from them (order acceptance, order processing, tracking info,etc) for 14 DAYS. Order received today (Dec 27). 16 days to receive a very straightforward script (along with zero communication) is out of bounds, and AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. And don't give me the "Christmas Holidays" excuse - that accounted for one day. Revive has always been laggards regarding speed of service and poor communication. I'VE INSTRUCTED MY DOCTOR TO NEVER AGAIN USE THEM FOR MY BUSINESS.

WORST! -- I don't normally write reviews - but - since I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR - caller #1 in the quo - clearly their focus is NOT on Customer Service. My RX was "suppose" to have been shipped the first of Nov, - here it is Dec. and still haven't received it. and then to be placed on death hold, I guess they are hoping that I will just hang up. I could have drive to my pharmacy quicker and had better service.

please stay away from this pharmacy, unprofessional service takes over 20 min to reach someone. My dr had sent in a prescription and when I received it in the mail it wasint even the right amount! And when i tried calling about it they couldint justify why they only gave me 2 doses instead of 4 as my prescription was written that way. Also compounds must be watered down because I’ve felt no difference after taking my dose. Please please please stay away, do not waste your money.
