Second time using Richmond...no better than the first. First time prescription was delivered to another location. Had to get a police report etc to resolve...took weeks. Been waiting over a week this time around...no one answers the phone during biz hours...mailbox is always full. Worst service ever.

Wow is all I can say about this pharmacy. The owner is petty and vindictive. Almost 3 weeks have past since my doctor sent in my script. Once you finally get through and actually speak with someone they will give you the runaround. After 3 weeks they might deny your script and act like it’s your fault. I would highly recommend any other place but this. Very unprofessional and rude, not to mention they make their own hours and half the time there isn’t even a pharmacist on duty. Don’t try to speak with a manager either as that is an impossible task for them. Hope I save at least one person from this situation.

Better watch out for these guys. I received a text stating medicines were picked up today (1/14/22). But once text on delivery time the delivery person stated that he or she don't have the prescriptions.

Unable to pick up medication as the pharmacy closed prior to closing times. Wasted drive and no return phone call to the voice mail message left. Hour listed on the door do not reflect their hours of operation. They are no longer open on Saturdays.
