I called multiple times throughout the week about a vehicle, the day I came to look, I called 30 minutes before to make sure they still had it. When I got there, they said they never had that vehicle. Waste of time and terrible communication

My vehicle was paid in full years ago and now they're refusing to turn in my title and lien release. Very unprofessional and rude. Bad business and scam. Now I have to get an attorney involve to solve this matter.
