The purchase at the store was unpleasant enough but when I went back to return a shirt which didn’t fit my daughter they refused and said I would have to wait 10-15 minutes because they were changing shifts (are they doctors?). I could not wait as I had already run 2 terminals with no time to spare for my next flight and gave the shirt to a girl on my next flight. Love Rip Curl but will never buy at the airport again.
