I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was ridiculous. I went to Firestone for a proper tire patch repair and was charged about $35–40 for the service. I later found out that instead of patching the tire like they said, they only did a basic plug job—something that is not only temporary but also not what I was paying for.
The worst part? One of their own employees admitted to me that the plug job they actually did only costs around $4. So not only did they cut corners and fail to provide the service I requested, but they knowingly charged me almost ten times more than the value of the work they performed.
That feels dishonest and completely unacceptable. Tire safety isn’t something to mess around with, and instead of being transparent, they misled me and pocketed the difference.
I won’t be going back to Firestone, and I’d caution anyone considering taking their car here. If you do go, make sure you double-check exactly what service they’re ACTUALLY doing, because based on my experience, you may not be getting what you’re paying for.

We have been customers for over twenty years, and have had exceptional service. The team have communicated with us and kept us informed every step of the way. River Oaks Firestone has given excellent assistance to many of our friends. We recommend them with confidence.

Friendly people, quick service. Just confusing as it's not actually a part of Firestone so I couldn't get the warranty on the tires like I like to :(

Idk. This location doesn't accept their own Firestone card. That's quite disappointing. Wasn't able to be serviced.

I am a public storage customer, which is the next business, the street is under construction, an employee of this workshop came out very angry because I was looking for the easiest way to enter my storage, Justin, a Firestone employee, came out very aggressive wanting to fight with me because a cone collapses to block the entrance to the storage, I have a large vehicle (Justin is not a traffic agent) I can move the cones as a store customer, bad experience does not bother your business at all, how can I take my vehicle to your workshop if you do not know how to treat even your neighbors, bad experience and I live on a block

Took my car in for the engine oil , brake fluid change and also inspecting my A/C and brake pads.
They provided excellent service at extremely fair prices.

My car's fender had come loose, and they fixed it perfectly and very economically. They also put air in my tires, and washed the car without me even asking. Professional and friendly staff.
