I had a great experience with RoadRunner up until the point that I realized their packers had stolen some very special pieces of jewelry. Since then, I have not heard from them, they have not responded to any attempt at communication. Crooks - find someone else to trust with the contents of your home.

If you’ve never been here to deliver paint, make sure you enter at the 2nd entrance and check in at the dispatch, they will tell you where to go.

Wonderful place for impressive and superior performance. Try not to arrive before 0800. Everyone was helpful, friendly and hard working. This resulted in a smooth, and quick visit.

33 Mins to check in for picking up a household load. Was there 7am-130pm. I think they start like 8am, thats when i got a door. Appt was 9am. They do their drivers first. One person dispatching a handful of trucks very busy. Gotta search hard for someone to check in with. Bring patience. Trucks dont seem assigned as people were going back and forth about them. Nobody is friendly here or much helpful lol. People are crazy bro. Lol. Cut and run the madness though baby!People around, mainly my skin color ppl looking devious af. Grillin me down LOOKING HARD. Brings back old memories of how i grew up. Im conscious though. One trucker wrkin for atlas vans i asked for help to chk in, is hard of hearing, those are his words, i had to yell at him he insisted, but is driving a 53/sleeper how he pass his med exam lol. Some of they equipment looks really run down but this is houston i guess. People are working though. Picked up a 13k lb load going west. Experience was okay. I wish ppl were more happy & cool but darkness seems to thrive heavy. Load couldve been done in 3-4hrs but customer was switching the plans. Load looked nicely packed, strapped & seal is bolted.

Crew was unprofessional and didn’t complete the job properly. In response to the owner, Nichole W. was in charge of my move and is familiar with the issue.

Do not work here as a truck driver you will be paid not as much as a driver in any other company and overtime starts at 48 hours instead of 40. I'm not sure if that's legal or not but they also have a ceo who expects you to leave a 2 week notice if you leave but would fire you on the spot for something minor. The loading docks are super tight and it Is touch freight for only 18 an hour

Before the move they were very responsive and they got the move done but since the move no one will reply to us and no one will send us a claim form for damages. Damage could have been avoided if they would have wrapped furniture like they said. We used them two other times and the moves were great so we had high expectations. The truck driver seemed to be the only one who knew what to do. Employees seemed unhappy resulting in sub par work.

I really wish I could give zero stars. This business decided to reschedule my move twice, the second time with only an hours notice. I had to change my hotel reservation and when I was able to move into my new place. And then after they did finally arrive and collect my belongings, it took them a week to make a drive that only took me two days. There was no communication at all unless they wanted more money, which they weren’t even keeping track of what I’d already paid them because they tried to overcharge me almost double their quoted price. At last when the truck arrived to deliver my possessions. I was called twice by the driver and then twice by the manager and they both demanded that they had to get paid right there on the spot. When I tried to explain that I was at work and couldn’t come in person to hand over cash, they threatened to simply drive off with my stuff. I had to step out of work early (on what happened to be my first day at a new job) to pay these jokers or otherwise have my stuff stolen. It genuinely would have been less of a headache for me to just rent a U-Haul and tow my stuff 1,700 miles.

From the moment of moving day it was unprofessional. It's been six weeks pass the 21 business days . Iv gotten the same answer for 4 weeks now. That I receive my things at the end of the week or beginning of the next with no calls or follow up unless I call and check.

I have moved across country multiple times for work. Roadrunner was by far the worst experience. Had to select move date on their timelines, Kate and Ben (employees) hardly ever responded and never with promptness or politeness, was told to “box everything” but still charged double for the box I packed, price was $4,000 over quote though I met the weight, delivery was two weeks late, deliver was not placed or staged on arrival, missing items and when I filed the claim they denied it because I didn’t report it day of (though unpacking an entire house takes time). Do your research and use someone else. Trust me.

They suck. I would personally inflict harm on the owners and management they are that bad....long story short they totally suck , are crooks and after all the s*** they broke we got $50 back from their insurance after our crystal glasses and various other items were broke. Didnt even get all our stuff...took another week for the rest to show up....fuck these guys they deserve negative 5 stars

The only reason I'm giving one star is because our sales rep tried to help with our claim. We used Road Runner on two separate moves...part of our house went into storage while the remaining items went to a temporary apartment. When we finally moved into our new house, we moved the items out of storage and our apartment into our new house. Since our house had not completed all the renovations, we kept many items still boxed up until our house was fully renovated. Upon opening boxes, we notice our 6 month old 65" inch TV was cracked (pictured) as well as a missing mirror top for a coffee table and a broken hurricane lamp. We made a claim and were told (1) since Road Runner did not unpack the items themselves, the claim was denied, and (2) since it had been more than 90 days since the move the claim was denied. So, if you plan on using road runner in the future, you will have to pay for them to unpack all your items themselves and sign off to that effect in order for a claim to be considered. These guys were recommended to me somehow, so I never checked their rating...I should have. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys.

Road runner was the most unprofessional moving and storage company that I've ever used in 50 years of moving. They stole, damaged, and destroyed many of my furnishings, refused to pay for the damage, and the loss. Not only that, they had young children moving and also a year later they have not accepted responsibility, even though they were payed over 6,000 dollars, and my furnishings were insured! PLEASE DO NOT USE ROADRUNNER!
