We just used Roberto's to move everything from our 11th floor condominium and into a 15th floor condo. Having moved more than a few times in my life, I have never experienced such extraordinary care, attention to detail, a full team effort, good humor, timeliness, and problem solving skills delivered by Robertos. No one likes moving, it is stressful and sometimes traumatic, but Robertos made it as painless as possible and was far and away the best move ever as well as the quickest. Not one broken glass, nothing misplaced, and very helpful in relocating all our furinture and art. Also very well priced. Thank you to the Robertos, Senior and Junior.

Exceptional service from a multi generational, family run business. You do not get sent to voicemail. They will sit and visit with you regarding your needs whether if it’s a move for yourself, your business, out of the country or local, they can get it done.no questions and it’s handled! BEWARE!!!!! I cannot recommend this company for ethical reasons. The estimate was a bait and switch..... the invoice came in 50% higher than the estimate!!! Even with us greatly paring down our belongings. When we questioned the invoice, they quickly removed almost $1,000 in questionable charges yet refused to provide any additional details of the remaining charges. See below before your consider hiring this company.We hired Roberto’s moving company for a local inner loop move. We bid the move to 2 companies and chose Roberto’s based on local reviews and inner loop experience.Roberto came to the house to give an estimate. He opened cabinets and looked in closets. I asked him to provide a quote for the move.He quoted $110 per hour for the first truck and $179 per hour for the second truck. He estimated 8-10 hours for the pack day and the same for the move day. He asked for $2500 down and estimated the total move at $5,000.We moved from a 3,000 sq ft house to a 2,000 sq ft house. In the month between the estimate and the actual move, we sold 2 bedrooms of furniture, cleaned out all closets by putting all linens and small items into linen bags and baskets. The movers were literally in by 9 and out by 4 pm on pack day. Move day was 8 am to 4 pm with unpacking.We were happy with the movers. They were professional and efficient. However, we have been grossly overcharged after the fact and ignored in our request for information. For an experienced moving company to estimate poorly and then overcharge after the fact we believe is unethical.
