I was visiting Houston and made our yearly visit to Robert. There was a set of dishes I wanted, but didn't buy it. I regretted it so when I got home to Denver I called them and bought 10 pieces. It came perfectly, within a week. I then called two other times to order more pieces and they all came right away. One piece out of 13 arrived broken and they replaced it. The third shipment with another 5 pieces will arrive next week.
Roberts is so accommodating, pleasant, have a high sense of integrity and have an attention to detail. Really enjoy working with them. Thank you, Roberts

I dropped in with a friend for the 1s time & picked up 3 precious shirts, gifts & snacks. There is a wide variety of China, candals & cards. Great shop for personal treasures.

Today was my first time going to this place and my last! The women that were here followed me in my daughter. Around the whole store asking us over and over, if we needed help with something, the way they were staring at us in glaring at those like we were going to steal. Something was ridiculous. Not only did they make us feel so uncomfortable. I felt any minute now, they were going to ask me if they can check my bag. I felt so degraded and so unwanted. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I can’t believe this place has been under my nose all these years and I haven’t ventured in until today. What a truly beautiful shop! The ladies were both very helpful, the place smells amazing and they have so many unique finds. Everything from fine china, t-shirts, beautiful frames, Christian inspired decor, specialty sleeves of foam/plastic cups, serving platters, Texas themed items, salsas, snacks, Scout bags, cutting boards, blankets, jewelry, pajamas, fun pool items, candles, room sprays, cards, Jon Hart, gift wrap, purses, luggage to specialty chocolates. I know that list doesn’t even come close to detailing everything they feature, so hopefully the pictures help. I was super impressed with their table displays. Attention to detail and perfectly appointed. This is definitely a shop where you can find a unique gift for someone special. To give you an example of how nice this store is, one word: Baccarat. That is a high quality brand. I imagine this is a place that is continuously updating their inventory and adding new items. I will be back to get myself in more “trouble”!

Monogrammed wooden cutting boards. Beautiful wedding gifts and China. Nice selection of items for those hard to make happy hubbies. Santa themed holiday gifts Fun holiday towels and lights for your trees. They have all these and more.This store is filled with fun holiday and gift items. I have driven past 100 or more times and never noticed this store.Decided to give them a try today.Customer service was warm and inviting. Prices are on the high side, but the selection was incredible and festive.
