Let me start by saying, these fellas had a heck of a time with me. I reside in San Antonio and not in their area. My original agent was out of the office due to becoming ill and another agent took over. Due to the amount of fraud in the world, I do not trust anything lol. They ended up calling me through a State Farm version of Teams and allowed me to view their faces and office to complete my transaction and join State Farm! Thank you Seth, Juan and Rock Nelson for being extremely patient with me! Great success to yall!
