I can't say enough amazing things about this place. They were my home away from home while I recovered from a c-section and my daughter was in the NICU (she later passed but that's neither here nor there). They set us up with a counselor to get us talking to someone immediately. They take care of the families that are all there for medical reasons with hot meals/ family space. They have designated spaces for families to put food in fridges and pantry areas. They have a "suggested" price to pay but only if you can - and even when I handed them my card info because, despite leaving with such a bad outcome, I could afford it, they insisted I didn't need to pay (and I still insisted that I did because I COULD afford it and it was only right). Any time i go to McDonald's now, I ALWAYS round up my total to go to Ronald McDonald house charities. If I'm back in Houston for a trip, I try to stop by with donations. They do amazing things for people going through really difficult times.

There no word for this amazing place . I had my baby in the NICU for couple of weeks this place at memorial herman Donald McDonald’s was a blessing I’m grateful for them they treat me like family ,They also have meals prep for you , snacks , drinks , Rooms is 10/10 I was in depression, sad all the time, postpartum, a lot hit me at once , this beautiful lady told me to keep fighting god is with my baby she also pray with me . I loved staying here highly recommend ! ❤️?

Thank you Mrs. Kay for being helpful and thoughtful of our needs while preparing lunch at the 70-room location. The RMH is in the trenches helping families! Thank you all at the RMH!!!!!?

If you are from out of town and here for medical reasons, then this place is worth exploring. I have heard that they either give free rooms or very discounted rooms for families who cannot afford it

A home for families who are taking care off their loved ones with illness at medical center.The facility provides rooms, common kitchen, laundry facility. Nice clean, parking is limited.There are guidelines to follow while reserving a place to stay.A great community service the place provides.

Loved it, is a blessing to have a place like this, specially going thru difficult health moments with our kids. Having a place with people who treats you like family, and makes you feel welcome. Is like having a second home. Thank you so much. God bless you all so much.

How wonderful to be able to get to stay here while my son is getting medical care. Staff is friendly and they hsass ve volunteers that offer fun activities for kids. This place is clean and spacious.
