0 stars. Terrible customer service . Purchased a sectional with this terrible company. I received part of the sectional without legs. They tell I will receive the legs in the mail in about two weeks. I waited three months . Nothing . I called five times and every time they told me that they would check at the warehouse with " an email" that perhaps was never sent so they can know the status of the order. Nothing . I told them I needed a replacement bc I am starting to make my loan payments with an incomplete set of sectionals. They finally agreed to send a new set . But now I'm waiting all to receive them . The window to receive them was from 1-5 pm. Ok. It 8 pm and nothing . So I just wasted most of my Saturday . All bc of this bad customer service . I'm about to start heading to sleep and there is an update that the delivery team is supposed to be here now . NOTHING !!!! Save your self a head ache and just go to Living Spaces. My friend had a really good experience compared to me . ZERO STARS . Not one just to make it clear .

Walked in, greeted by Juan. I work in sales so the following was expected and all was good. Juan asked what we were looking for and said he would let us look, but manager wants them to follow customers and he doesn't like doing that. I thanked him for that, I don't want to be followed. We walked, when approached acknowledged Juan was assisting us and we were left alone. Juan checked in twice. I had 2 options I was debating on for bedroom sets, possibly even dining set. Then it all went downhill. Third approach from Juan was to inform us his manager said we had been left alone long enough and he had to follow-us now. He did that... while pondering sets and trying to decide which rooms I wanted, the following, the peering became enough for me to decide I wanted nothing but to get out of store. No one wants to be followed with that pressure tactic to buy. Felt like a cheap car sale dealership. Business lost. If Rooms to Go managers push this tactic they are pushing sales out the door.

Literally the worst experience with furniture ever. Was told that my pieces would be assembled for me..upon arrival they were not and it's extremely complicated. I would say that lady's name that told me this bullshit but I can't seem to remember it..clearly she was very insignificant just like this store. 0/10 do not recommend

The worst experience ever. We have bough the sofa with automatic control. Soon it come out that the small device in sofa (responsible for automatic control) is broken. We asked for replacement and then it started. The call center basically did not care at all. The technical support came to our apartment 2-3 times to check what happen but no conclusion was taken. Finally (after some months) they promise you replace the broken part within 1 month but the broken part came after 3 months. The lady from their service again came and said that the piece does not fit (wrongly chosen part). In call center they ask me to wait until next week (?) for further instructions from their technical support team. Such a mess! Do not buy in this shop!

Horrible customer service! I walked in the store and was greeted by no one even though there were associates in the floor with no customers. I walked around the store for about 45 minutes to an hour and no one approached or said anything. I guess they would rather speak to each other than make a sale and after reading these reviews I'm glad I did not give them my money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROOMS TO GO! I purchased furniture over $5000.00 from Rooms To Go on Labor Day 2023 in Houston, Texas. Two of three pieces were scheduled by November 13, 2003 between a window of 11 - 3 PM. I reserved the freight elevator/dock for use by the Rooms To Go delivery. On the 11th, the delivery called to move the time up to 10:30, then changed the time to Noon, then 2, then 3. They arrived afterwards and made no attempt to call or wait to use the freight elevator since they were outside their arrival time. Customer Service explained that their delivery service has a right to ALL DAY delivery times and it was not their fault they missed their requested time frame to use the freight elevator. Their only recourse is to reschedule another week out or so and hope that it doesn't happen again. It goes without saying the inconvenience of delayed satisfaction of expensive big ticket items that have taken months to receive. Or the waiting all day for a delivery time frame that only seemed to be for the purchaser and not the delivery guys. The most frustration is the lack of customer service and the dejected feeling of speaking with a department that will not apologize nor have any consideration for money or time spent in their store. Guess I have to pull my patio furniture into my empty den area, I stupidly emptied and clean in anticipation of my $5000 recliners. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROOMS TO GO!

Carmen was the absolute best. I wanted to find a specific mattress & she showed me my options quickly & efficiently. She was able to get the whole thing done very quickly while being super friendly. Josh was nice, too

First time to go in the store and what a great experience. Our sales associate was very helpful and patient. We had just come from Macy's looking at a blue leather couch on sale. Decide to wait and think about it and saw this Rooms To Go store across the freeway and decided walked in. Found several blue leather sofas and they were a much better priced and better quality than at Macy's. We bought that day but had to push back our delivery date. Everyone we talked with at the 800 number was extremely helpful and friendly. They updated us when to expect the delivery. We used the app and their emails that let's you check on the delivery updates and on the ETA for the delivery. Delivery guys arrived on time, set it up and they were very friendly and professional. This has been such a refreshing experience in buying furniture. I will alway make sure I go back when I'm ready for anything they carry. Someone is doing something right at the home office and at the locate store to make it go so smoothly. Give them a try if you have never gone into a store. Very Happy with the Antonin Blue Leather manual reclining sofa and the customer service at the Katy Fwy Store.

A year ago we purchased a leather living room set and two weeks ago one of the recliners began to peel. It was not under the warranty we purchased. Rooms to Go offered a “Reselect”. After approval we were able to purchase a new living room set, including extras with our initial payment. Mr. Jose Moreno was very professional and willing to help us with everything. Mr. Moreno is definitely an asset to Rooms to Go.

My SO and I recently moved to Texas and needed furniture. A friend recommended Rooms to go and we decided to check it out. We were greeted when we walked in by a gentleman named JP. We advised JP we had never been in and he told us the best way to shop the store, all about the deals and how to read the display signs. He then let us walk around occasionally checking in to see if we had questions. I really enjoyed how he didn’t follow us or pressured us to buy something like other furniture stores. We found a couch we liked and JP helped us with the financing application. Thanks JP for the great experience- the warm welcome to Houston and the restaurant recommendations. It was like shopping with an old friend. We will be back

First off everyone was super friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in.To keep it short I came in and I was having trouble deciding between three different couches if it wasn’t for Mr. Karl I probably would’ve been sitting there contemplating for another hr or so. With Karl’s help I was able to confidently and happily decide in like 10 min if that ? I am so grateful to had have Karl’s help - he was kind, genuine, and knew all the right questions to ask me in order to decipher what was important and a priority to me. Thank you Karl you were a pleasure to talk to and I am looking forward to my new couch ☺️????

Absolutely the greatest customer service. What can I say. Our salesperson Mr. Ahmed knew the product and throughly helped us. His patience was over the top. It is so refreshing to find a person to give REAL customer support and it was calm and genuine. I never felt like I was being sold. He helped us find something which suited our taste and we cannot wait to receive our new furniture. If you go to the Katy store ask for Shariq you will not be sorry.

Very very bad service, bad quality furniture and high price. I made the worst mistake buying a dining set from them last year. the top paint was peeled off, the chair was not brandnew, call many times, they sent people in, and changed but again it was not good. Finally, we exchanged the whole dining set with a new different dining set. Again, the problem happens. 2/6 chairs cannot seat since the feet are even. They said would send somebody, but I waited for many months. Called a few weeks ago for changing the chairs since we cant use it. Today they send a techincian and all she can do is look and say she cant fix and I have to call again. I am over with it.
