Maybe the business model at Ross is to have prices so low that customers don't mind being mistreated, but it didn't work for me. For one thing, the security beeps in the store make it feel like you're in a jail rather than in a clothing store. Today I came in ready to load a cart with merchandise but I needed to use the restroom first. The security gal told me "We're short staffed right not but I can get someone for you, I guess. You'll have to wait though." I said that was fine, and I tried to patiently wait near the restroom and after 15 minutes decided it wasn't worth waiting anymore. On my way out, without buying anything of course, I noticed that same security gal up front straightening out merchandise. It wouldn't have taken much for her to open the bathroom for me or to give me the code. This store needs help.

The prices are relatively good, but the variety of products is not great.

I have been shopping at Ross for at least ten years I live in the heights
I seen a lots of changing in the management but this time I was very upset at the way they handled my return
I didn’t have a receipt but had the vendor tag in the back pack
My son didn’t like it
I rarely return anything there
But I went first they told me the no return policy I asked to talk to the manager
First a nice lady came and said if you can retrieve the day of the purchase I will look at it
Then time I showed them my bank statement and the day another lady by the band Of Michelle very unprofessional
She looked at the bank statement and said no no return
Sorry I worked in big stores like Neiman and Saks and never will ever done that
I guess that the difference between a mediocre store and a good store
It’s the costumer service
And knowing who and how to talk to everyone

Decent inventory but the 30min wait you'll do in the checkout line makes this a painful experience. No self checkout is a huge L.

Such bad service line is soo big and not enough employees working very slow and lazy pls fix this issue. This is the main reason why h don’t come here

This place has racist sediments towards people of color, they also don’t allow beverages which is inhumane , how are you going to decide if someone who is a paying customer can have a drink or not ! No signs are posted supporting this rule either ! Don’t shop here!

I came in to the store and had been shopping for my girlfriend I found some boots that didn’t have the label. I went to the front ask for a manager two employees discussed the price I was told they would be 74.99$ I said I’ll take them I continued to shop for another 1 hour and a half to make an outfit to go with boots . I stand inline for 35 minutes while waiting to check out when I got to the front I was told a different price than before and the other two employees still present said yeah we told him 74$ a lady claiming to be the manager made up a different price gave me attitude and said take it or leave it I have other guests . I said I was an appalled with the way this so-called manager conducted her self. She got all ghetto with her lingo and put my things under the counter. Bottom line worst management at a Ross hands down I freegwent them often . I’ll never be back to the Ross on 11 th street.

10 waiting in line. Manager started instructed the costumer to remove the hanger, instead of opening a registered.

Chain discount store. You will find what is typical of all Ross stores. If you like shopping, this is a good place.

I love this Ross I have been shopping at this location for some years now and I’m also a weekly shopper. I love the great customer service and they always have what I want and more. Ms.Deborah the store manager is always nice and does a great job! I look forward to being a returning customer in the future as well. I give this store 10/10????????
