Every year around rodeo time the restroom “is out of order” as a former employee I can tell you thats not the case. They just dont want to clean the restrooms daily. Sucks as a weekly customer you cant use the restroom those specific weeks of the rodeo.

I barely entered the store when the loss prevention lady accosted me. She said I couldn’t shop there because I had a drink and they don’t allow drinks in the store… tried finding this so called policy online and it doesn’t exist. Never been told that at any other location either.. very rude employees at the Kirby location

Do not ship here of your like to leave with the same Christmas joy you came with. The cashier was ringing up my things and I politely asked HER for an extra bag to cover one of the items because it's a gift for someone in the next store. She was very kind, but the gentle standing there WATCHING EVERYONE'S MOVEMENTS, is telling me I can't touch a bag until I've paid for it. I explained the same to him, but he repeats it as though I can't hear. The box is HUGE so clearly I'm not stealing. After I cover the box with another bag I finish checking out. After spending over $120 the SAME man that just watched the cashier ring up every item is now walking me near LP that's blocking the door. LP then ask to see the receipt and look in the SAME BAGS the other man watched every item get scanned. Ross, if you treat everyone like thieves we will simply shop online. I'm so angry and I went in so happy about Christmas shopping. I should return it all.

Rude service and the bathroom is all ways broken supposedly and the store always a mess and always stinks they need new people that are not rude and that are not lazy and need to fix this store I always shop at Ross and this is the worst location of all of them

I was in line and experienced multiple employees at the front, including cashiers, a black old woman security, and what appeared to be a store manager (also black and old but she was not as old as the security) laugh at a lady that was just trying to figure out the price on some shoes. After giving her a hard time they let her know the price but proceeded with mean comments like "she won't buy them for 9.99?" Suggesting she couldn't pay them. Instead of helping they laughed and judged her behind her back. So unprofessional and should not work in customer service. Do better !

The quality of items here are the worst. Their policies are also the worst. They say they have a return policy but they never accept for any item.The staff are very rude and treat you terribly.
