Absolute worst customer service of any store I’ve been in. Management literally concealed items on the floor for an employee to purchase, knowing that I had been in the store, waiting for 2 hours, for them to put the item out, assuring me multiple times, that it would be put out “in just a few minutes”.

I didn't like that the Mrg Lady, was not helping the poor employee, so I asked her if she could get me e something from jewelry case....n she told me the poor employee would take care of me....I got so upset that I asked her if she work there...and proceeded to let her know was that 1 employee gonna take care of all the customers while she stood and watched...Caucasian female maybe over 50 or 60 with accent... She should not be a manager.

OhhhhhMaGooodness! Ross Dress for Less is the place that I go to before any of the big name department stores for everything from linens and towels, dog beds and supplies, gardening tools, last minute gifts, toiletries, home decor, arts and crafts, etc. You will also find that all of the before mentioned products are available also in brand names.
My point is, stop worrying about the fact that they don’t carry stilettos in a size 11 to fit your voluptuous feet. Gurhl, they have so much more to offer than just shoes and clothes. The stores are well stocked, most have a friendly staff, but I have a problem with the fact that it seems that there’s always a long line to checkout due to not enough cashiers to accommodate the long queues that they have. Anyhew, take a look for yourself, you’ll be glad that you did.
