Too many employees to be so disorganized with way too many clothes and items on the floor. When you can dedicate one employee with a good work ethic to keep the aisles clear. I guess when I've shopped at many Ross's in the USA from Washington State to Texas I get accustomed to a more professional Ross product. Prices are still great as always. They do have handicapped access to the store but I doubt wheelchairs can navigate the narrow cluttered aisles

Well stocked inventory, like that they usually stay open reasonably late, was helped out by a very nice lady named Yessica. If it was a restaurant I would've left her a generous tip. Only off-putting thing is having a loss prevention person going through your bags on the way out as if to imply that you're a thief.

This location is so messy. The cashier charge me for an item that I asked her to remove. She took the item out of the bag, but she didn’t remove it from the screen so i was still charged. I didn’t notice till i got home. I came back. The manager watched the camera said that no I took the item. I asked her to please go watch it again and finally, she must’ve seen i was telling the truth . Just yelled out to me someone will take care of me. Her attitude was rude and unnecessary though like i was tryna steal some money

I came to Ross to grab less than 15 items but the sad thing is I had to wait in line for 35 mins the check out line started way at the back of the store by the fitting room everyone was waiting to check out and it was only 1 cashier working in the front
