While waiting in a long line with mutiple ppl waiting, Cassandra sarcastically walks up and I took my dress off of the hanger & handed it to her and she told me to go walk back and hang the hanger on the rack! Her tone was very disgusting & since I didn’t do what she said like I am an Ross employee she got a really nasty attitude when I asked her name! I also seen her complaining about picking clothes up that customers put down! You guys need to train her on customer service or let her go!

I had not been to this location in a while. The young man at the entrance of the store greet you when enter the store then thank you for visiting. I love this! This store has an excellent inventory of various items. This is just a few pics.

It makes zero sense how this store is always packed, line is literally wrapped around and down the back of the store and they only have 3 registers. It’s literally 50 people in line ( i counted ) and only 3 registers open! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

I came to Ross at Meyerland Plaza to return something. Service was much better compared to the South Gessner store. There are more stuff here. I would come back to spend more time shopping.
