I recently experienced appalling customer service at this store. When I attempted to bring my drink inside, I was rudely informed that it wasn't allowed. I asked the front register staff if they could hold it for me, but they refused and suggested I leave it unattended by the window. This encounter reminded me why I rarely shop here. To make matters worse, as I was exiting after making a purchase, the security guard stopped me and asked for my receipt, after he watched me pay for all my items at the register, implying that I might be stealing. When I requested to speak with the manager, Somali, he was also rude. He claimed that looking my receipt was necessary to ensure I was charged correctly, but it seemed like an unnecessary and distrustful measure. they aren’t even pulling out each item to make sure it’s on the receipt, so what is the point? I will take my business elsewhere will not return to this store! Beware!

Unfortunately their customer service is not good.
This store is not organize like any other Ross stores.
The lady by the front door saw me pay for the items and she still wanted to see the receipt!!
Maneger was standing in front and he just look and didn’t say hello to any of the customers.
They need to make some changes at this location..
Very disappointed!!!!

All the sectors are very messy...I like the products but it bothers me to find ourselves almost always...the clothes thrown on the floor, almost always the westaimer one is the most messy that I know.

Rude and negative attitude we came here to this location we spending money and we asked for restroom for us and kids they says out of order and I saw the guys out from it

The employees are ghetto
.. yelling and screaming over the microphone and talking about customers is so unprofessional. The store is cluttered and a mess.The female officer or what ever she is suppose to be was trying to dig in my bag to get by receipt to check it. After I do my return I won't be shopping here anymore.

This store has fraudulent and arrogant employees and they did not buy the defective product. And this may be the procedure, but acting like they are firing the man and looking down on people is very wrong. They will return this product like a lamb, I do not collect money from garbage.

I usually love Ross, but drove 10 min out of my way here at 8pm. Got here at 8:07 and paper on door said closing at 8pm even though Google says 10. Couldn’t make an exception for a quick purchase. That’s ridiculous.

Every time I enter the store it's a mess clothes all over the floor just stuff everywhere I don't even know why I keep going back probably because this is the closest one to my home but it is just a mess every single time
