The Loss Prevention guy only asked to see the receipt of the Black woman shopping there after watching her check out at the register with a cashier. Good thing she told him to keep it and walked out.

The staff at this store only speak Spanish and struggle with basic tasks like counting coins. Employees should know English to provide proper service. It’s fine to speak Spanish but when customers mainly speak english it’s a pain to do anything. Very disappointing experience.

Let me start with the restroom. It was really dirty. And then the lady's at the dressing room were so rude! Their was a lady there that did really understand English and mind you the 2 employees there didn't know much English. As my friend and I are translating that one employee gonna turn around and say "No were in america". Just horrible customer services. I would rate a 0.

It wasn't fair that Norma the cashier took my purchases from me without realizing it and then she rudely told me that she went behind me but since I was talking on the phone, that didn't give her the right to do so, I told her, I was looking for something else while she was talking and Since when is it forbidden to talk on the phone, I told her that we are in a free country and that her responsibility was to ask me if they were my purchases and she still continued telling me incoherent things, without arguments, I left her talking alone and went to look for what I had again. I already had it in the cart, of course I couldn't find everything I had grabbed because she put them in different places that didn't even belong there.

I recently shopped at this location and left my keys inside store last Saturday. I didn’t realize that I had left them because I was riding with my hubby. Two days later, I couldn’t find my keys and we looked everywhere. I then remember going to this Ross and I called them on Monday and they had my keys. I am so grateful that they kept my keys in a safe place until I went to get them. Thank you so much for the manager , Ms. Warhoa and her staff for keeping my keys in a safe place. This is my favorite store with nice helpful staff and it’s always clean. Thank you all very much. The Ross is located at 9403 Katy Freeway Houston, Texas🙏🏽❤️

I love shopping here every chance I get, but unfortunately there is one associate who makes her distaste for costumer apperant. Ms. Shelita I understand sometime costumers get out of hand, but it our job (cuz I'm also in retail) not to show it. Not only do you roll your eyes, you sigh loudly like if for attention. Do better.

You can find beautiful dresses for the young ones at great prices. I was able to find three graduation dresses for my niece ,and some cute shirts. I can always count on Ross to find good deals.
I just wish that their shoe area had a little more selection.

Very bad customer service.
I was there for shopping around 7:30pm on June 6 ,2024 and the lady on the cashier Carla was very rude, unprofessional and slow. They should not hire people with attitude!!!
