Manager lied and said they do not take perfume nor cologne returns. The policy states as long as the item is not open nor tampered with , you have the original receipt, and the tag is still on the item, they are to accept the return. This store is breaking policy and I feel discriminated against. Then was asked to see my receipt while exiting the door. I paid over $50 dollars for the item and they are going against their own policy. I will be seeking legal guidance. The $50 plus tax they just refused to return might cost them more in the long run.

One of my favorite Ross stores.
Almost always find something good and priced right.

I love shopping at Ross- clothes. shoes, gas, makeup, home furnishings and everything else.
Ever Ross is a little different.
This location has a lot of designer names. However, not a big selection.
Perhaps trying to get rid of seasonal items.
Plenty of parking as it’s located in a big strip mall.
However, for my friends in wheelchairs, there is no sliding glass door. It is the old-fashioned pull and push doors.
Security is tight here. They are pretty adamant about checking receipts once you are trying to leave.

The young man with the dreadlocks working the dressing room 01/13 not only reeked of marijuana but also had the nerve to tell a customer to “learn freaking English”. Turned around and left immediately. So rude and inappropriate
in every way.

Horrible experience was going a return and the cashier was rude and blowing her nose at the register and not using hand sanitizer after words will not be coming again

My experience at this location was significantly less than good. It was truly comical to observe 1 person working the register with a line of more than 20 people. On top of that, loss prevention watched us sit in line for more than 30 minutes, watched us check out then proceeded to stop us to check our receipts and look in the bag. I have never had to jump through so many hoops to purchase 2 dog toys. If you see people standing in the check on line for more than 30 minutes, please consider training more people on the register and maybe consider not having loss prevention stopping people who have clearly checked out.

I understand being short-staffed, but please consider having a seating area in the check out line as I observed many senior customers struggling to remain standing during the 30+ minute check out process. I am 22 and my feet were hurting so I can’t imagine how senior customers would feel.

Not enough csr's only 2 at the front registers, no one at the jewelry area, had to wait 20min to be helped at the jewelry. And then to pay I had to wait another 25 to 30min, line was super long....

Pitiful, check out experience. I feel so bad for the one cashier trying her best on a Saturday evening.
Whoever’s the Store Manager should be ashamed that they weren’t on a register helping their associate.
