It's messy and disturbing came in to buy my son's some slacks and shoes. My son goes to the dressing room to try on slacks. I'm in the check out line checked out. Some job security woman wanted to check my bag and my receipt. I looked at her and told her you just watched me check out and paid for my items. I don't have to steal a damn thing.

Manager rude . Employee middle eastern lady that was checking me out refused to sell me a jacket because it was too cheap & the price was incorrect . She looked at me as if I was changing prices and stealing . I was just trying to purchase. Very rude situation , even my daughter said that we were not stealing just trying to shop.Didnât end up buying anything due to employeeâs and âmanagerâ attitude and lack of respect.

the manager jamie and claudia were very rude. i was trying to refund a item brought previously 5 minutes ago that was unused and they created some excuse why they wouldnât return it. deff will be calling corporate and filing a complaint they arenât following ross return policy
