I stopped to shop àt the Hillcroft Ross store on my lunch break. I was ready to spend my money, but the fitting attendant said the restrooms were out of order. So I left without finishing my shopping. Need better customer experience. 😒

A year ago (2013) a black lady with short and blonde hair stole my diaper bag ( wallet with cash and credit/debit cards, car keys and Id, even my baby daughter’s formula) inside this store located at Hillcroft St , the manager and security guard didn't do anything to help me , I called the police because they were acting like I was not telling the truth. Unfortunately, the weeks passed and the police did not find her, I am sure life will make her pay with interest for what happenned that Day!

really liked coming to buy at this store up to 2 times a week, but since they put only brown skin people to charge for things, they made me feel less and even they are racist they treat badly, I will not return to this store anymore.

Mmmm I don’t think some of y’all workers should be working there if they complain about working there. Heard the cashier talking rude remarks about the customer out loud 🙄. Also what’s up with us having to show the receipt if the security is literally staring right in front of the registers looking….. like ummm ok you just saw us buy the stuff 😆

Place is unorganized. They had two cashiers. One security lady at the door checking receipts and bags.

I really like this Ross. It is not overcrowded, and the two times I have gone, I struck gold, finding everything I was looking for. It is a bit disorganized, but that is all Ross stores. You can still maneuver a cart down aisles to load up with fabulous finds. Floors appear to be well maintained and are not all dirty/dingy. The staff at this location have smiles and were friendly as I observed while standing in line. This is a smart location too being next to the Home Depot.
