I asked a cashier for assistance she didn't pay attention and responded upset showing no empathy then approached the African American female manager for help and the woman slash at me and started behaving violent and very agreesive ,with zero professionalism and no tact mad at me for asking for assistance also acussed me of skipping line but it was my cousin that was WITH me and when she find out she judged me wrong , instead of apologizing she kept looking for reasons to yield at me this time because she thought I was to close from the client ahead of me, the truth she was just mad because I requested assistance , she used all types of excuses to scream at me in front of other clients, a woman started laughing at the situation she didn't do nothing about it I left the store leaving all the merchandise I felt like if I waited an extra minute she was going to hit me, at the parking lot 3 hispanic women that were entering the store heard me and my cousin talking about the incident they told us in fact this African American female manager is well known by being despot and having very ugly ways to treat customers and this has happened before to other people honestly while she is there I don't believe it's a safe place to go shopping.

They have the worst customer service I have seen in my life, when I was looking to buy one shoes I observed that the price on the item for the size that I chose is expensive compared to the same shoes in the other size, I asked the cashier if she can ask the manager to reduce the price because the shoes already returned because of using by another customer, so the cashier call the manager and they started speaking foreign language to don’t understand what they said, later on she told me that the manager busy and she couldn’t come to talk to me, and she kept explaining that because that shoes is just be like that because customer they tried many times, finally I got it but I feel that I had discriminated from them. Really I was disappointed ☹️

It is the worst place where you can buy the customer service is the worst including the boss. Started since the store is a mess all the time. The last time I went I tried to try on my clothes which I found on the floor without a hook and when I got to the dress the person there told me that I couldn't try on the clothes because it didn't have a hook and I asked if he would give me one of the ones he had there which she denied me and told me that I had to go look for one.
1-I don't mind doing it but the way he told me bothered me that's why I didn't agree.
2- I am not an employee of the store, she could have gone to look for one and offer it or find another way.
I wanted to consult with the boss in charge and what she told me was that the employee was right.
This is one of the many reasons why I will not buy from this place anymore, the customer service is the worst starting from the boss in charge.

Oct 2024...lines always long and only like 1 cashier always...even if like 20+ customers....good deals and nice selection...not enough staff. Go when they first open otherwise expect to wait in long line to checkout . I much prefer the ross in summerwood area (westlake plaza) .....this one on beltway 8 and wallisville is closer to my home though

I frequent this location often. I've spent hundreds of every visit but after today I won't be returning. Today, because I had on sweats, the security turned on security tags to beep while I was walking around the store like I was stealing. I paid in self checkout, and still, as I was leaving, I was flagged for beeping tags, but when the cashier checked, there was nothing. They get the same exact stuff as DDs anyways. I will never return to this location.
