Great place to find deals on just about any shoes, clothes, purses, comforters, and household items. All of these are pictures of items I have found in Ross. I always look up the cost to make sure it’s a deal.

I came in today to buy stuff for my new apartment. When I was ready for check out, I noticed there was self-checkout available. This was my first time using it at Ross. Asif (the security guy at self check out) was aggressive, rude and not very helpful. He went to go talk to a co-worker about me. Saying this and that. Basically complaining instead of doing his job. I asked for someone else to help me and no one except this nice lady in the hijab, she was very nice and very helpful. Character goes a long way in this life!!! That lady is going places.
I asked Jennifer to come and help me since she was available but was busy laughing at whatever Asif was telling her and she laughed and walked away from me when I needed help.
Not going to this Ross again

Great staff. Asif, one of the check out guys, was very helpful with helping me find a new rug when he noticed the one I picked out had a blemish on it.

It's like hell in the store cause 😩 can't eat or drink and even think about going to the restroom in the store 😐 🙄 😑, Why do they have to make it so hard to shop there's 😑?

I would give this place no stars if I could the store was a terrible mess today at 6:12pm when I arrived. Everything was on the floor the young lady at self checkout kept hollering which only worsened the experience. We are people not animals and even animals should not be screamed at. Where is the professionalism? A woman on register 6 wearing pink at 7:20pm did the same and then when the line was long walked away from checkout ignoring the line and avoiding eye contact. Understandable considering she had a line of angry customers the rule requires that after 3 customers there should be back up on register. The customer service was horrible it’s the worst experience and even if on a Saturday night other Ross stores do better the one on northwest freeway would never this is my fault for straying too far from home and giving this store a chance. It was a absurd and tragic experience

Never have I felt so bad for the employees. This place is a total wreck. I'm thinking it's because of the customers and kids running around. The worst thing is it's overstocked. I actually didn't buy anything just to run out of this particular Ross.
