Stephanie's work out routines are intense and are constantly changing which I enjoy. The environment is comfortable, everyone is laid back. You get a lot done in a limited amount of time. And I can feel my endurance getting better.

i try going to the gym do diets by myself but until I join rs fitness i seen a huge difference. Stephanie as a trainer she is to the point and drive you to do your best and i would not have any other way. I would recommend to anyone.
