I utilized Rush My Passport with an 8 business-day deadline to renew my passport once I realized it was expired before an international trip. I was a royal pain in the a** for those 8 days trying to make the turn around happen and the team was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They were able to work around government shut down and power outages due to Hurricane Beryl that swept through Houston and return my passport in time for my trip. I could not be happier with the service I was provided and felt as though it was worth every penny. They really helped in a dire situation for me.

I send in my application for my passport renewal on 06/26/2024 expedite service . The Houston office received my application on 07/01/2024 now it’s 07/20/2024 still hasn’t received my passport. My husband and I did our passport at the same time his was not expedite he did regular and received his own on 07/15/2024 . Why pay for a service when you can’t get it faster that’s false advertising smh I better off going into New York and getting it back the same day .

My passport has not been delivered within the time frame they quoted. They are not providing any status on what the hold up is on my passport. And they have lousy follow upWEB SITE HAS NO CONTACT INFO! Also there is no way to check status on their site! The problem is I can't get through to them. Not by phone or email.I will most probably miss my trip and loose my deposit!

Horrible. They screwed up, passport came late, cost us thousands in changed bookings. Impossible to reach a manager- literally not possible. Never had a worse experience

Nothing they advertise is true. I went for the expedited price which was around $950 total. They have the 24 hrs processing but when trying to submitting paperwork they mention that wouldn’t be able to be submitted 15 day after plus 7 days to be processed. Waste of money and time.

Checklist was incomplete. Spent an extra hour at the agency getting print outs of the items that were left off. Website wouldn't print mailing label. Spent 2 hours trying to get someone on the phone - they don't answer their phones. Eventually drove to the office to have the passports mailed. Instead of sending them to Philadelphia the sent the to Guam - seriously. It's now 7 weeks past the day I delivered our passports to them for 5 week processing and still no passports. And they could absolutely care less. Absolute crooks and a sham of a business. They won't refund our fee, so I am taking it up with our bank.

Starting to believe this company is a scam. I paid over $200 for their expediting service but never received the shipping label I need in order to send my application to them... every time I try calling I have waited over an hour to speak with a human yet never am able to. I've left voicemails, emails, tried doing the online chat (no one ever joins the chat to speak with you) and I even tried going to the office that is on google maps but didn't see that an office actually exists.... After doing a quick search for "rush my passport scam" seems like hundreds of people are being ripped off by this "agency". Please do not waste your time or money with this service. If you truly need expediting passport services go through USPS and pay extra for their 3 week service instead (it's still cheaper than using rush my passport).

I went to my nearest FedEx facility to do the application for Rush passport only to find out that I need to go to the US post office to get documents verified. I asked a million questions to the clearly which she then had to get the instruction book out. One of the questions asked was did I need to send a money order or was my payment in full online she said everything is paid for and that I would just need to get documents verified. I also asked her if when we got the documents verified would we have to mail them from the post office or come back to the FedEx facility and she told me to return back to the FedEx facility . I call the nearest one (us post office )they don’t have an appointment I ended up getting an appointment and having to drive one hour and a half to the closest post office with an available appointment.Get down there only for them to tell me they don’t work with Fedex and that I would have to complete paperwork and get a money order to send and they will seal it there they cannot give me back documents that are not sealed.on top of that I had to get money orders for my self and my husband totaling another 500$ . I’m not sure about this service I would not recommend because of the unexplained rules and extra fees . If I’m going to do the foot work myself there is no need for this service. So I called to request a refund and am waiting … I had a lot of faith in this company until the under explained process. If you have a lot of time then maybe I would say use them but if you are up against the clock absolutely not.

Don't waste your time. I sent in my passport for renewal using Rush My Passport and a day later sent in my wife's passport via regular mail. My wife's new passport arrived three days ahead of mine, even though I paid an extra $200+ to "rush" the process. You are better off using regular mail--it's faster and *way* cheaper.

Complete scam. They dont expedite anything, you have to get your own appointment, fill out your own forms. I thought that since they were aligned with FEDEX that made them legit, but not the case. Not sure how FEDEX lets them use their name...

During COVID do not waste your time with a passport expediting company. My passport has been at the state department for 11 weeks now. Rush my passport told me they spoke with the state departement two weeks ago and that "it was being shipped out no later than last monday." Well that was a blatant lie. The state department informed me that Rush my passport made payment to them for a standard processing. I paid for expediting. Rush my passport told me it was the state departments fault. THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. GO TO THE POST OFFICE AND DO IT YOURSELF DURING COVID. I had friends get theirs turned around doing just that than I did by paying a service.

Never heard of a Government fee of $180 then a company fee and a passport fee. With all these fees I sure would be lining their pockets. The woman I spoke to sounded a lil slow and was getting agitated with me from asking questions. Red Flag. I wouldn't do no type of business with this company or these people. Beware.
