Overall i had a great experience for my purchase, Randy did an amazing job with closing the deal. He along with the rest of the Mazda team at Russell and Smith were very professional and provided continuous support throughout the buying process. I would recommend Russell and Smith Mazda anytime.

We have been customers of Russell & Smith Mazda for almost 6 years. We have had excellent service from day one. We have done all of our scheduled maintenance with their service staff and have always received excellent outcomes. Stephen and Nathan are great service advisors - always pleasant, easy to communicate with, and extensive knowledge. We won’t take our Mazda anywhere else.

This was the most pleasant car shopping experience I’ve ever had. Our sales person, Gilton, was very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. He and the sales manager worked to give me an offer that was beyond fair and were respectful of the fact that I wasn’t 100% sure if Mazda was going to be my choice. They didn’t play games or try to hold me hostage when I told them I was going to look at a couple of other vehicles. I ended up going back later that afternoon to take the deal and drove away a very happy customer.

Absolutely amazing experience at this dealership. Both salesman and manager was so professional and helpful during my new car purchase. I would highly recommend anyone who’s getting a new or used vehicle to visit/purchase here!

Went to check out their vehicles the sales rep got the key and we took out the car for a test drive all was going well gave a price a little below the sticker. Then he said let me get your car key to check out your vehicle. Then he allegedly took the information to his manager along with the key. He came back with INFLATED numbers, well above what he had quoted like 6k over then the trade in he says we will give you an awesome deal! Yeah right! Do they think women are stupid? He offered $4k. Said this is what Carmax will give you. He didn't take my car to Carmax so how would he know this? He even went to the extent of printing a statement with the heading Carmax seriously what does he think because I'm a women I would fall for that? Well today is Sunday almost 2 weeks later and let me tell you the Mazda vehicle I was looking at was at the another dealer greater discount and twice as much for the trade in. Ladies and gents don't fall for the insulting disrespectful tactics their outages inflated bs from this dealership when there are others willing to meet you half after all it is a business and they do have to make some profit but it should never be all from one customer. Buyers beware of this dealer! They don't deserve any stars!

I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership and recommend taking your business elsewhere.Here's why:They attempted to charge me $500 for a battery replacement.Both service representatives insisted on selling me an "authentic Mazda battery," despite the fact that a quick Google search revealed that Mazda does not manufacture batteries and instead rebrands batteries from other manufacturers.What was particularly disheartening was that neither the service department nor the management made any effort to address my concerns or rectify the situation.This experience led me to conclude that this dealership prioritizes profit over customer care. As a result, I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership to my friends, family, or anyone online reading this review.

I have been a Mazda owner since 2018. I only get my vehicle serviced at Russell Smith Mazda because the service department team there is the absolute best! The level of customer service is honestly undeniable. Alfredo and Nathan, You guys are the BEST!!! I use to joke and say i'm not getting a new car until the engine dies or falls out on 610. Well that happened and I am still in my car without the sticker price new car payment. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!

I rented a U-Haul Trailer and drove down to Houston, a 4 hour drive, after being given a verbal quote on a used vehicle from Russell & Smith Ford. The ****** for the car on their website said no accidents, one owner. It looked to me in the photos there might be a little damage on the right rear passenger door. Nothing major.I get there, and there's more damage on the driver side door, and the front bumper is torn. I ask if they can reduce the price due to the damage that was not listed on the CARFAX or there website. My salesman goes to the manager and asks. He comes back and says they can't take less for the car. So I think on it, and decide to go ahead with the purchase. The salesman comes back their balance due form which shows the tax, title, and license on it and it's $854 more. I tell him that's more than he quoted me yesterday and ask him to talk to his manager about it. Again the answer is no. They're not making any money on it already and they would be losing money on it if they did that. I leave for a little while and return to buy it at the new price. They make me sit there and wait, I'm the last one to go through financing, 2 1/2 hours. Then the finance guy says it's going to be another $415. Says it's because the taxes are different in LA. I tell him that's what they said when the raised it by $854 three hours earlier. He says there's nothing he can do. They're already losing money on it and shows me some numbers on his computer. I sit there stewing and don't want to go home empty handed because it's 8pm and the dealerships are closed the next day. I decided to just do it and then he offers me an extended warranty. I refuse it.They don't care about you, your time, or how far you've driven. They just want your money. I do not recommend this dealership. At least not for a used vehicle. You're just pennies to them and they don't care if you walk out the door.My salesman was a great guy and did a great job. That's the only reason I gave them 3 stars.

Service Advisor and technician Joel Garcia were amazing! Very friendly and was greeted with a smile. Technician explained my vehicle inspection and gave me quotes of needed maintenance. Really enjoyed myself. Give the service here a high FIVE star all around! Will definitely come back! I highly recommend Russell & Smith Mazda Service!

I bought a new a CX-5 and had an awesome experience! My sales consultant Gilton was prompt, super helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently explained every feature in the car. Javier and Kevin from finance presented all the options and made sure we understood everything we were paying for. We revisited our numbers a lot of times but didn't feel pressurized to buy into anything. Kudos to the amazing team! Definitely recommend the dealership.

They have been my Mazda service provider for over 7 years now. These guys at the CS are amazing and give above and beyond to their customers. I keep coming back to Mazda car purchases not just because of the excellent car features, but also their excellent customer support.

Disappointing car part pick up experience. I ordered a small replacement car part online through their website and unfortunately did not have a good experience. First of all, I never received an order confirmation email or notification that the order was ready (even checked my junk mail box). About a week later, once I arrived to the dealership address listed on their ordering website, one of the sales associates told me that I needed to go about 3-4 miles down the road to their collision and part center to retrieve my order. He provided me with a printed map and address and sent me on my way. Upon arriving to this location, which is located in the middle of a 610 construction zone, the gentleman at the desk tells me that that location is for Ford parts only and Mazda part pick up is located at the dealership that I just came from. Wonderful. Back at the dealership once again, the same sales associate, now assisted with another more senior staff member, pointed me to the front of the building. At this time, still within the first few hours of them opening on a Saturday, the place was nearly empty of customers. The sales associate in this area got up, greeted me, told me to proceed forward through the main lobby and turn right for part pick up, and sat back down at his desk. Unfortunately the part pick up desk is not clearly marked and I ended up at the service desk. Overall, they need to work on their customer service. Staff need to know where service areas are located and it would be nice if they could take an extra minute of their time, such as providing an escort, to ensure that customers end up in the right place.

Do not go to this dealership. The finance person raised his voice and was not listening to what I was saying. Towards the end when I said I was not buying the car he got very rude and tried to write down an offer to get me to buy the car. When I asked for it in writing said that he would shake my hand now because he couldn’t get me the offer. When I asked why he wrote it down he said because he wanted to sell the car. Please save your time and do not go to this dealership.The only positive experience was the salesperson Lorenzo. He was very nice, calm, and answered all my questions.

We bought our new ride, a CX-5 at Russell & Smith Mazda. The whole experience was really great. We arrived late around 6:30pm. Gilton was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable. He was willing to work a great deal with us. From test drive to trade-in to delivery, he made sure that all of our questions and concerns are answered. He even stayed till 10 pm while we were signing paperwork, to make sure the delivery process is good. He explained all the features of car, though it was late but he still had smile on his face. Chris from finance team is another awesome person here, who was ready to work with our numbers as much as possible to make sure we get the car we liked. Thank you Gilton, Chris and Russell and Smith team for such a great experience.
