I brought my Motorhome in to have several things fixed on it. I had a rear broken ladder, they replaced it. I had a cracked vent cover they replaced it. I had a awning arm that needed to be adjusted, we used it maybe 10 times since we bought it. They said the arms were worn OUT really, they adjusted it. We had a error code on our leveling system, they said they fixed it with 2 new batteries $300.00 each. While working on the vent they said they saw cracks in the roof cool seal, they replaced it. I paid over $4000.00 for the repairs ok. The first trip out the arm came back out and the leveling system errors out AGAIN. I. Alled and the rep told me to Google the reset procedure for the leveling system. And call when we got back to reschedule an appointment to bring it in.Well I talked to the owner a few days later and he had me bring it in the next day, great. I told them I would like it back in 2 months, so no hurry. Well I received a call from RV Masters saying it was ready to be picked up. I went that day and got there about 11:30 am to pick it up. Well when I talked to the rep he told me the awning arm wa worn out and unable to readjust it. When the motorhome came out to the front I tried the leveling system. Well it WOULDN'T WORK. The service rep tried it WOULDN'T WORK for him. So after a while he got the repair tech out to see what was work. HE COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK, finally he said you going to have to manually set the bucks up yourself. But here is how you zero the calibration on the system. And left the service rep said it could be the control board. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO SERVICE MY MOTORHOME IN THE FUTURE. They could have taken it back for repairs to the leveling system but DIDN'T!!! It seems to me that if they can through a part at it in hope of fixing the problem great, but DOESN'T KNOW ANY THING ELSE!!!

I took my RV here initially because my slide would not come out and my left blinker was not working either. It took them about 8 months to get a part in before they started working in my RV due to it sitting there for a month in the back It ended up getting rats and the rats messed up so many other things in my RV. When I went to go pick it up the bill was around 6,000 and they ended up messing up my brakes light. They replaced the face of the brake lights on the back and I requested for them not to. Sounds like they do this to people fix things that are requested not to we even have email stating that I did not want specific things to be fixed to leave it alone and they still did I had to pay the $6,000 and they did not agree for me to not have to pay what I did not request for.

I used them to repair a slide that had been damaged on an Alaska trip. there were a few other things i needed done as well but i instructed them to not proceed with the work if the slide couldn't be fixed. well they said the slide could be fixed and i ended up doing 6k of work. the slide was not fixed and upon taking it to another dealership i was told the structural damage prevented it from being fixed, which was easily visible to them. i requested a refund and filed a BBB complaint which they have refused despite the clear negligence or malfeasance. DONT USE!BBB COMPLAINT id 21208164

They are great about returning phone calls or answering emails. Communication is top notch with this shop. If I ever experience any issues with my trailer, these guys are definitely my go-to. We had them do our pre-purchase inspection for a travel trailer we bought & they walked us through everything. It was a great experience. Highly recommend

Called up in the AM about a little help I needed with the rig. They squeezed us in that day and were SUPER helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, albeit that their workshop was full (and I can see why). You can't go wrong with RV Masters.

I was a little disappointed when I arrived and was told my item was not repairable. They didn't even get off the chair to take a look, just saw what I was carrying in and said "No"This could have been handled over the phone.I will give them another opportunity in the future if I need something, they are local and look to be a small business I would be willing to give business.

Had major water damage on the inside, and it smelled like mildew. They took everything apart deep cleaned, replaced all the wood and now looks brand new

Steven Barron was absolutely professional & took great care of me when I needed to replace the awning on my motor home. Steven drove out to the RV park that I was staying to access the damage after I told him that I was living in my RV & that it would be a hassle for me to pack up to drive to his shop just for an estimate. He came out on a rainy day, too.I also needed to replace the water pump & an electrical board that switches between shore & battery power. They also fixed the gas line to the refrigerator. Their pricing was fair & ther work was great. I highly recommend this business & would definitely use them again. .Services: Air conditioning
