Visited here for some fuzzy mice to feed my Colorado River Toads. They have a huge selection of exotic pets and animals. My girlfriend was trying to convince me to get a baby porcupine to cuddle with ? lots of reptiles, herps, birds, and various animals I've only ever seen a the zoo before. One of the workers was checking on us and I told her about needing a female Colorado River Toad and she told me she could put me on a list to let me know if they ever got one which I found helpful. I initially only came for the fuzzy feeder mice which were $1.29 I believe, but ended up leaving with some driftwood to add to my toads terrarium. I'd frequent this location more often if it wasn't so far away but I'll be back!

Animals that come from this place are in HORRIBLE shape. Everything that comes from this place will die in a short amount of time because they clearly do not take care of the animals they are selling! We spent thousands on various animals from this place and they have all passed away within weeks of coming from here. If you are looking for an exotic animal buy from anyone else! You will waste your money and they will sell you a sick animal!! They should be shut down!

Very helpful and very friendly, like the variety of live food for my bearded dragon. I will definitely recommend this place for all the family to check out the many reptiles.

Love this spot. So many exotic creatures and a fun place to visit even if you aren’t planning to expand your furry family. Very helpful staff and always something new up front. Wide variety of animals and all accessories associated with taking care of your pets.

Bought a bearded dragon from this place. He was an excellent lizard, great personality HOWEVER he was COVERED in mites. Hubby and I didn't notice until we took him in for a nail trim and the person found all the mites. Over 50 of them !!! Poor guy, lesson learned. Beware and get your animals checked if you purchase from here.************Few notes before I get someone trying to say the mites didnt come from them:1. New cage, bedding, etc2. We do not have any other pets in the home so the mites did NOT come from us.

This is a late review as i was younger but i now feel like i can share my experience. Bottom line my family is animal lovers and have had animals since i can remember. When we have were in highschool my sister and i were eager to finally have exotic pets. She wanted w hedgehog and I've wanted a ferret since like 1st grade and we went here to look for them. We both got our pets and the only questions we were asked was about cages that we got with them. The one they recommended for my ferret was small but i didn't think about it at the time so we bought it. A couple days later we took them to the vet for first check up. her hedgehog was found to be covered in mites and very sick where mine was slightly sick and they found a growth on his foot that we were told was nothing by the store person but came to find it was a tumor. After medicine and care her hedgehog passed within a year where my ferret wasn't as bad but recently passed about 7 years after i got him (if the age they gave was right he would've been around 8) The store was crowded with animals climbing over each in cages and i refuse to go back. I would love a ferret again as they are great pets, but i would like to wait as the loss is still painful and i will either go here again and see if they are better or find for another store. I don't hear good from friends that have visited recently but ill see for myself. Hopefully they are doing better by these animals now

I have been going here for years! They have the coolest pets and employees who know a ton if you have any questions. Every time I come in I always get asked if I need help with anything and they are super friendly if you have any questions. I have bought 5 animals from them mostly rodents and all have been in excellent condition/ health!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL BREEDERS!! i don’t recommend anything bred or sold by them.We went to the memphis reptile convention a few times and they had a PIGLET in a 2x2 cage. And from personal experience i bought a spider from them and i was doing proper husbandry and it died after 2 months of owning her. And another thing, they say that sugar gliders can live off of this powder in water!?!? THEY NEED FRUIT,WORMS AND WATER NOT GLIDERADE!! And from personal experience (again) we got a sugar glider at the nashville pet expo from s and s and it was labeled as a “rare caramel’’ thats not even a real sugar glider color. They labeled it as rare caramel cuz the fur was brown-ish bronze kinda color, it was really a normal grey. Also it had cadiracs in the eyes. We didn’t realize it was so unhealthy because we had just started keeping sugar gliders. Also like the spider, it died just a few months of keeping it. AND THEY HAD ILLEGAL ANIMALS called codamundis, or codi’s for short, they are from porta rica. DO NOT BUY FROM S AND S!!!
