Talked to fortknox about a vault door. They directed me to Safesrus to purchase vault door. It took them Neary two weeks to send a invoiceSo that I can pay for it.Then when it came time for my delivery service to pickup. I arranged for my driver to be there at a certain time when he arrived he had to wait three hours for a forklift driver to show up.When I talked to Diana and mentioned the problem with the driver waiting for 3 hours her response was well what are you going to do about it ?!? This is the service I got and I spent almost $9,000 for the door and acquired about $500 in extra charges because of the delay.There's nothing that fix what I went through.But this was my experience with them.

Nice people and lots of nice safes but they were a little more pricier then what we were expecting to pay but rest assured they have some very nice safes!

If you need or want a Fort Knox or Browning safe, this is the place to visit in the Houston and surrounding areas! Family owned & operated since 1992! If you call or visit and talk to Liz, she's my sister-in-law, her parents are the owners, & her Dad and/or brother-in-law's make repairs & deliveries!! Go to their website to read their story in the "Company Info" tab of how they started the business. It's a true story & they truly believe in the products they sell! I was there yesterday & got to see Liz, her Dad, and her brother-in-law's in action! You'll definitely get friendly service from anyone in the family that you encounter while there or calling-from browsing the store, asking questions, purchasing a product, receiving your delivered product, all the way to relocating, repairing, or upgrading your product!

These people were great! Amazing products plus friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable staff. It's a great family owned and operated business and although I haven't received my new custom Fort Knox safe yet I'm very comfortable recommending these guys to anyone looking for a safe. I don't forsee having any problems with these guys what so ever in fact I visited several companies before purchasing with Safes R Us and I can say the level of service I have received thus far with Safes R Us is above and beyond any of the other businesses I visited. If something changes between now and when my new safe arrives then I will be sure to alter my review but I seriously doubt that I will have any problems. I look forward to doing business with these guys again in the future!
*Update: It took a little longer to get my safe than what I had anticipated due to some issues with another safe on the same load but as of now it seems to have been well worth the wait. My safe didn't come exactly as I ordered it (the graphics were the wrong color because apparently Fort Knox doesn't offer the color ordered but they failed to update their catalog) the owner of Safes R Us went above and beyond... found a local company that could custom make the graphic as I ordered it and was happy to pay for it. I don't think I'm going to take him up on his offer though because the one I received is actually growing on me pretty quickly. All in all this is a great family business that I have no problems recommending to anyone.

The fine folks at Safes R Us answered my questions and were very friendly and informative. They carry a great selection of Ft. Knox and Browning safes at great prices. Great folks + great selection + good prices = 5 star experience.
