I have tried my best to deal with this company. But they have absolutely nudest customer service employees. They talk to their customers with nudest of overtone that makes them completely unprofessional. If you choose to work in customer service, then you should speak to ur customers with a polite speaking voice. I will definitely take my good insurance to another vendor. I was reluctant to deal with you guys again, but now you've sealed ur faith with business.
GOOD RIDECENCE SAFEWAY MEDICAL..
And Lady With TheForeign Accent. YOU SHOULD NEVER TELL SOMEONE TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have not dealt much with Safeway, it’s mainly been with my insurance but the little I have dealt with them, it was great customer service. From Elizabeth handling my payment down to Joseph the delivery guy. When I did not call Elizabeth back in the 30 mins I said I would she called me back within the hour and it was actually right on time for what I asked her to wait on me on. Joseph was on another level too. He was real respectful of my property and myself and conducted himself in a real professional way. He took the time to explain to me everything about my chair and when I say everything I mean everything. I did not feel rushed while asking questions about my scooter nor was I made feel stupid for the questions I was asking. I really enjoyed Joseph’s help and communication. Thank you Safeway for making this easy on me. I will be recommending you to others. Hope you guys take care of Elizabeth and Joseph as they are a great representation of your company.

I would not recommend this store. Specially the owner wasn’t pleasant to deal with. The office lady was sweet.
Their equipment is not solid good quality.

They quoted a price on paper which included the therapist recommendations and called the next day trying to charge $3000 more and it was a chair that wasn’t fancy or had special additions. They were going to get the chair from a manufacturer that we could have directly bought from and it would have been much cheaper. Steer clear. They will rip you off to make a profit. There is absolutely no excuse for taking advantage of disabled people!! Your business should be shut down!

They pickup my mom wheelchair a month ago to repair it and haven't heard anything from them since. Every time I call for a update on the status of her wheelchair they always say someone will get back with me and they never do. Now remind you my mom only has one leg and she strongly depend on her electric wheelchair chair and they know this but it's like they do not care about her well-being. I don't like the service they represent. So I would never recommend them to no other. I'm all about well communication and that they do not have. Very bad service.

I’ve worked with several dme companies out there, this one is by far the best one! Excellent customer service they make you feel like family when servicing you! Would highly recommend to anyone!
