Horrible. They quoted 1 price, once I set up the pick they cancelled then they came back and more than doubled the rate. I tried numerous times to contact them to no avail. Horrible company.

This is a company very greedy for money. They'll keep adding charges to your load until you're frustrated and you don't want the load again. I will never do business with them SAIA again. I wish there was negative star below 1.

Extremely rude and unruly driver behavior. Instead of driving to behind the shop to unload, he parked right in front of those restaurants and blocked multiple cars from both sides for at least good 15 minutes. People politely asked him when he would finish, he yelled at people, got angry and never be apologetic.

Poor Communication! Saia LTL freight no updates on my delivery I was waiting all day for my delivery? Didn’t even notify me that it was coming the next day! Just poor business

EVERY ONE AT THIS PLACE GIVES 110%THEY ARE A REMARKABLE BUNCH OF PEOPLE.ONE OF THEM SAVED MY LIFE.LAST YEAR WHEN IT WAS REALLY HOT.I WAS WRAPING MY FREIGHT WHEN I STARTED TO HAVE A HEAT STROKE.I COULD FEAL MYSELFE FALLING OUT WHEN SUDENLYI FELT THE STRONG SAPORT HELPING ME INTO THE BRAKE ROOM.MAT GAVE ME WATTER THEN I COULD FEAL THE COOL AIR BLOWING ON ME.I STARTED TO THINK HOW CLOSE I WAS TO PASSING OUT CONPLETELY.I CAN NOT EXPRESS IN WORDS HOW MUCH I APPRCEATE MAT AND EVERYONE AT SAIAI FEAL 100% SURE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF MY VALUABLE GOODS AND DELIVER THEM SAFE AND SOUND TO OUR HAPPY CUSTOMER

Absolute junk company. Lost first shipment, failed to deliver 2nd shipment. Attempt to upcharge for going to terminal to pick up at dock. Over hour of waiting.Absolutely disgrace of customer service and service level.Aweful 50 years ago, aweful 10 years ago. Still aweful today

I arrived @ 11:09am to see that there was 2ea different truck entrances (1ea @ 9255 Railroad Dr+ 1ea @ 9051 Railwood Dr). Got out and walked up to gate off 9051 entrance and was met by a pleasant and hospitable lady guard by the name of Nicole . She confirmed I was in correct location and helped me to enter and park.Once inside shipping/receiving office (buzzed 3ea times) took awhile to find me a dock to unload. Once dock# 217 was issued I got backed in. Mr Matt made up for the long wait inside and had me unloaded in about 21 mins (19 pallets).Great job gang and I could not appreciate the great service any more. All people that I interacted with were very professional and rose to the occasion to get me in / out quickly.Thank you all! The road(Railwood Dr) in to SAIA operation is old , rough and overdue for a resurfacing. Very nice facility and I would come back if there are loads going back in the future.Not sure about overnight parking on street but definitely not at 9051 Railroad Dr.. Bathrooms available in driver services shipping/receiving office.
