I came in for a few ski boot questions. The staff were very attentive and a few asked if I needed assistance while I was being helped. Nice welcoming shop to browse items and I liked the brands. The employee was honest and said he didn't quite know how to answer my questions, and called the main buyer in his cell who helped me out considerably. My family enjoyed the complimentary coffee bar and waters while I did my business. Nice store, and easy parking right out front.

Parking is a disaster. Great store, although they transition to cold weather gear far too early in the season. Would come here all the time except valet for restaurants takes over all the store parking and the garage at RO district is dangerous. Help!

I live coming here for any active wear and shoes. They have a great selection and everyone is so friendly. They also offer some boozy drinks while you shop if you want too! They have some great brands and the store is always very tidy. I love showing friends this store because they always find new brands and m end up coming on their own.

Horrible customer service. Don't leave anything on hold that is last in stock or the rudest sales associate (Kerrie/Cary/Keri) will sell it while you're gone for 40 minutes. She'll also follow you around the store. Really disappointed by this treatment and will not be returning.
