I went into the store today January 21st. I was just looking around and a rude lady with an underbite (yaritza) came to me without asking if I needed help and said ‘ there’s a key for it ‘ when all I was doing was looking at the product. She tried grabbing something behind me and I asked ‘ am I in your way? ‘ and she completely ignored me and went ahead grabbed a key to unlock the product and asked if I needed anything else, I did need something else but she was so rude I just payed for what I needed and left. A young lady named ‘ lucy’ with black hair helped me check out. She was so sweet made me feel more comfortable before I left.

Gisela is always helpful and really attentive. I came to this location about 4 months ago and she guided me on the products I needed to get to remove the brassiness from my hair. I just returned to the store and she even remembered me. If anyone needs help with hair color questions she's someone honestly who knows what she's doing. Thank You So Much for your customer service!!

100 times better than Armstrong store. The staff is always helpful from the moment you step in. They will help you find the correct product for your need and for great prices. Shout out to Nelly, she’s so wonderful I’m glad she’s back!

Today June 12 2022 My mom asked me if the prices on the clearance shelves were correct the older worker yelled out whatever is on there is the price!! The work is at the cash register. When I went to check out the younger worker seemed like she didn't want to be bothered by my question regarding my 5.00 reward. She told me to check on the app or my accounts. Guess she was new ? When I looked at my email there was my 5.00 reward. Guess it didn't show up on her register ??

I've been going to several Sally's Beauty supply stores since 2010, at least and this one had the most helpful employee ever! Her name was Samantha, she helped me so much with products for my colored hair. Usually when i ask about something employees will seem annoyed with questions or just give you a straight answer. She made sure to give recommendations and pair me with products. This location isn't the closest to me but I'll be back just for her! Thank you again Samantha!

I want to start off by saying that I understand when people try to be cautious when it comes to people stealing.That being said I’ve felt disrespected by an employee at this store twice. The first time I understood because my sister does take a very long time looking at things to make a decision. BUT that does not give her a right to raise a voice at her as if she was stealing something. We have come to this store multiple times and have taken our time to look around just because my sister loves beauty supply and NEVER get treated the way we do when that one specific employee is there. We do not know her name but she is an older lady that wears glasses. She has raised her voice at her and basically yelled at her because she got an anxiety tick. Thinking that she was jumpy because she was suspicious. I did not want to make a scene as it is not even worth it but Sally needs to train their employees about customer service. You never know when someone has autism, social anxiety or ptsd that can cause them to flinch or react when a stranger is near them so maybe be a little more aware. We don’t know if she thinks we will steal something because we look young, or because we take our time look around but she really needs to learn how to be more patient. I know this store won’t care if they lose a customer or not but I hope they care enough to bring awareness as to how disrespectful that employee is. Aside from that all the other girls that worked there have always been super patient, friendly and very helpful when we go. They have NEVER treated us the way the older lady with glasses has treated us.

They staff is awesome. They are knowledgeable if you have any questions. Their selection is always plentiful.

Sent my daughter in for some products..They were very rude and when she asked for a bag to put items in they said they charge .16 for the bag..i never heard of this??..They are usually very helpful and friendly..

I was celebrating my birthday and wanted to fix my self up. Sandra was awesome she took the time to show me how to put on strip eyelashes. She is very nice , pleasant and patient. She also helped me pick out hair products that really did what I wanted them to do.In all my years where have you been Sandra! I had by far the best customer service experience . Thank you Sandra

These ladies at this location are freaking awesome during this pandemic. You can call for curbside however if you just show up please go on the Sally website and add all the items you need in a cart in advance. I say that not for you to purchase online but to show them through the glass to make it a lot easier for them to understand exactly what you want. Credit Card only with your ID no cash. ?
