Vanessa, the girl with The Teeth™ is very rude. That is all I will say. I have reported her to corporate for stealing my money. I am a loyal customer with a beautician license and shop there alot. She needs to learn how to do transactions right instead of whatever substance she is under the influence of.

Hey Vanessa was a big help!! Cause hell I didn’t know what I was looking for!! Very thankful for her patience!! It’s great when ppl out here doing there job!! I do wish they carried certain products!!! We need more stuff Sally’s! Where can we ask for more products???

While I was in the store, another customer had a dog that was obviously a pet and the employee at the register was just obsessing over it. That’s unsanitary and she was encouraging it.

Before coming in, i had talked to sally's customer service about returning an air wrap. I had the original box & have an account with sally's that i used to purchase my item but no receipt. Their customer service representative said that would be fine as long as it's within the time frame, which it was. Came in trying to explain and the manager rudely keeps repeating herself "we need the receipt" in a very condescending tone. I left and went a BETTER sally's in which they happily accepted my return. Will not be returning back to this location ever again. Waste of time with people who don't know their own policy.

If I could give zero stars I would. The people working there have zero common sense. I went in to buy clipper blades. Walked out, compared them to my clippers, they were the wrong size, I walked back in the store to exchange them and they wouldn't because of a nonrefund policy on blades...I mean come on...hire some people who can use their brain.

I came with my sister to get some bleach for our hair when I was at the register with my sister. I was waiting with her in line my sister was tending to her daughter for like less than a minute & the store associate waved her hand at her to get her attention. It was so rude and I was about to yell at the employee or say something but I held my tongue as well my sister did. My sister was tending to her daughter who was autistic and This employee had the audacity to wave at her like that. She acted like the store was busy, she acted like there was any customers behind her but We were the only ones at the register at the time. She was so rude I didn’t get her name but she’s the one with the drawn on skinny eyebrows. This is the only Location by my house so I always come to this one if I ever want to come I would have to make sure this employee isn’t here.

Subpar customer service at its best, I use to really love sallys been shopping with them since I was a little girl. That being said the people working for this particular location sucks! I don’t appreciate being lied to about clippers and liners that clearly are used and just repacked then when I point it out you tell me that that’s how they all come due to packing, after she realized I wasn’t impressed with her explanation she proceeded to offer a discount, why else would she offer a discount?? Go figure! Then had the nerve to act like I was wasting her time because I wanted to look at a few of the liners and clippers before I was gonna purchase them. think I’ll find a different location.

The store is clean & organized. The employees are clueless about the prodcuts & inventory. People assume Sally's employees are knowledgeable about cosmetology but any random person can get a job here. If you ask a question the employees will fake like they know what they are talking about but please don't take them seriously. They don't even know what products they have on the shelves. Asked if they had 50 developer & they said no we only carry up to 40. I knew this was false because I always buy 50 here. I kept looking and low & behold I found 50 developer, all the bottles were turned backwards on the shelf. One employee was just watching videos on a tablet at the counter.
