This is my first time not using box dye and the employee was so helpful. She asked questions about my hair type, what I wanted the end result to be and explained why she was picking what she did. Definitely will go here again.

I've been a loyal customer at Sally Beauty Supply since I was 15 and have always relied on them for my hair and beauty needs. However, my experience at most stores in the past few years had been disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested, disorganized, and often didn't have what I was looking for.But my recent visit to this location has changed my opinion entirely. As soon as I walked in, a friendly young lady with reddish hair greeted me with a warm smile and offered her assistance. I had a long list of items and needed help, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She even gave me great advice on hair coloring. What impressed me the most was that she wasn't just trying to make a sale but genuinely wanted to help me. If the other lady employee greeted me with a smile while walking from the back room. Just all around nice people.If any other Sally Beauty Supply locations want to learn how to provide excellent customer service, they should come train at this location.

Miss China, the woman at the counter, was so helpful and positive and had wonderful energy. I will be using this Sally more often after the very positive experience :)

Absolutely!! Ridiculous business has a sale Buy 2 Get 1 and stuff won't ring up and employees don't Know why? Soo I just wasted some 30 min selecting my product and asking for hair styling advice get up to Counter and Girl doesn't know why!! Sally's sales are always soon sketchy! Seriously take my money somewhere else and yeah! No thanks!! Not very helpful or knowledgeable crew here on a Saturday just ruined my Vibe! And In was trying to buy EVA NYC products!

Rude, rude, rude. I recently had shoulder surgery and went in looking for a dryer/brush combination since I can't use a dryer and round brush. I asked the one young lady if any of the 1-1.5" tools has a button to spin the barrel. She told me that she's never used any of those types of things so she wasn't sure. But did assure me that I could read the boxes and if they did it should tell me. Then she walks off, assuring me she's done helping me. So Iam left on my own. I found one I wanted to toopenthe boxes. You need togoup frontso she can watch you. Trust me. It wasn'tthef. I started to open the box, and another girl walks by, who I honestly thought was a customer since she was dressed in a bra top and sweat pants. She barked at me that you're not allowed to open the box. You need to go up front so she can watch you. It wasn't the policy of not being able to o open the box. It was the extremely rude way she said it.

horrible service theres a hispanic female with purple hair who was at the front training another employee who was rude as well I was asking for help on a topic and she was rolling her eyes and the trainee was doing the same thing. I don't know who does the hiring process at Sally's but you shouldn't just hire people because they have colored hair lol.

If I could give a zero I would. First when I walked in I wasn't greeted. Second when I asked the employee to get something off the shelf she got the item and immediately walked away when I was trying to get other items as well. As a business owner myself I would NEVER allow any of my employees to treat customers that way. When I asked for a bag she quickly replied "we do not have bags and instantly directed her focus on another custom instead of letting me finish asking my question. My last visit to this place because I will not support any company that allow there employees to act this type of way

Tyler assisted me so much!! Answered all my questions, showed me where the products were, walked me through a process of correcting the many different colors in my hair. But wait that's not all!!! Tyler then proceeded to tend to very literally every single customer that followed. Answering all their questions and guiding them to what they needed!!I really felt listened too by Tyler. She was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and absolutely flawless.#elegance #style

Sally's Beauty Supply on Highway 259 .First I would say as I entered the store I felt welcomed its the first in a long time and I have visited this location for about 3 years and never had this vibes. The 2 young ladies that was working really to welcome each as they entered ( hand few due to covid 19) They were very help and knoweldgeable of their job. Especially as working together , while 1 was helping me with my color the other on was helping another customer pretty pleased with their customer service. The time and patience that these young ladies had specular! You just don't see teenagers/young adult with this type of work ethnics. Oh before I forget the 2 employees with 100% satisfactory were Urula and Ciara( hopefully I spelled their names correctly) I hope someone from Sally's Corporate Office will see my comment and the commend the 2 young ladies in a big way!!! Thank Sally's for hiring 2 superior employees

So helpful and courteous. Spend as much time helping you as you need. Do not rush you. New fun app that you can "try" on different hair colors on yourself before you purchase (or not) your desired colors and you can email yourself photos from the machine too.
