Horrible location! I stopped by today just to see this sign on the door of the store. Who does this? Three other customers stopped by while I waited and could not shop because the associate felt the need to leave the store and place a sign on the door saying "back in 30 mins. Sorry for the inconvenience ". 30 mins from what time?Such a lack of thought and consideration for customers!

for some strange reason the store hours On Wesleyan are not followed. I see Sunday opens at 11 drove over there and no one in the store... I ran errands until 11:45 to return and still empty. I really need supplies and can't get them. This is not the first time to happen to me.

The Latina girl wasnt helpful when I asked about product. She saw me waiting to be helped but instead would rather work the register after she got off the phone, instead of asking if I needed help when I was waiting politely. When she finally assisted me after I asked she didn't know much about the product and HAD AN ATTITUDE. Then started gossiping with her co worker about a customer. Terrible customer service!

I use the rewards program. I buy Silicon Mix. It has basically the same ingredients as the expensive stuff they try to sell you at salons. Some girls use it on their wigs. I use it as a deep conditioner. Idk the history or if it is good for the environment but it works. I have very fine, flat Caucasian hair.

I’ve literally been waiting 10 minutes for an order I placed online. I can see my 2 bags with my name on it. I’m so annoyed. What’s the point of doing pickup order if I can’t take it when I buy it. The girl literally just yelled at me too. She’s so rude. Literally the rudest person I’ve ever met at Sally’s. I will never come back here again.

I purchased a product less than 30 days ago, used it one time and it was satisfactory, and then used it again several days ago and it was defective. So I attempted to return the product for either a credit or a refund and the sales clerk said she would have to call her manager for approval… to which the manager quickly replied an emphatic “no “. She tried to explain her position that since I did not have the original box they could not take the UPC code information and enter it into the system… Even though they had all of the sales information already in their system based on my cell number. She was unwilling to make… And mind you the product cost a whopping $8.99! Even the grocery store across the street will replace rotten tomatoes without question. So it appears the only recourse I have is to post reviews like this. I certainly will never darken in their doorstep again; and I hope other readers of this review will do the same… and tell their friends and family!

Please update hours. 3rd time I’ve been to this location and they are closed during open hours. Please update hours online, at the very least.The sign that they put on the door Instructed me to go to another location that ended up being closed with no updated hours, too.

Give Arizona a raise!! Although she gave excellent service, she was all alone in the store and no one should have to work that way when its busy. Support your employees that support you. Thank you!

Arijona Arizona the store manager she is amezing person with good quality to not just welcome consumers but she provides the knowledge about the products as well as she knows what's customer need I feel so happy that I went to that store and finally my search is over I am a happy customer ,she is a talented manager I hope and wish one day she make it big in beauty product line ?
