If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience with a retail outlet manager. My teenage daughter purchased a hair curler, it did not work, we tried to return it and the store manager Sarah refused! We had the receipt we just purchased it and she tried to claim it was used. It wasn’t, but even if it had been no where on the receipt or return policy did it say items couldn’t be returned. She was rude, unhelpful and refused to give me her supervisor or corporate office phone number. The worst customer experience I have ever seen, which is a shame. I will never give this store any more business. She was racially profiling me, I assume that’s why she really refused because there was no other reason not to accept the return.

Normally I don't do this because it seems silly. I've been to this store a few times because the employees are nice and helpful, but I've noticed the manager Sarah is very pushy. She'll follow you around the store and stand VERY close. I realize shop lifting is an issue, but the extreme closeness seems unnecessary, and discomforting to customers. Not only that, but I've seen her sign multiple non-English speakers up for credit cards. I don't know if there is some kind of quota the store has to meet, but that seems unethical. They have no idea what they're signing up for.

Both mgr and cashier were very helpful about finding substitute product for me. Most of the time, their staff are good.Ridiculously so, they can't order to restock - the home office decides what they need. You'll have to order it online yourself, but end up paying $4 more per product to do so.

They can’t even do a pick up order what’s the point in pick order if they aren’t avail to do it I went to go pick up something and had the confirmation number with the address and everything and they could not find it that’s unbelievable please hire better people

I ordered some products this morning at 11:29am on the 2 hour delivery. It is now 4:50pm and nothing has been delivered nor has anyone contacted me.

Had everything I was looking for during a last minute run. Spent a decent amount of money on individual bottles of items only for the cashier to tell me that they were out of bags…?? LOL. So Im stuck with hand carrying all of these individual bottles of hair products on my way back to my car after sundown. Great products, but really sorry service.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. The small young age woman with braids was very unprofessional. I came in looking for eyelashes, and some glue. I also needed some hair glue also, I looked all around and couldn’t find it. I kindly ask the woman if they had hair glue. She didn’t even take a second to look up at me and then answered with a “uhmhum”. I didn’t like that remark so I stood there for another 10 seconds for her to look up at me and replay with an actual answer. She didn’t. I will never come here again, no wonder this place is ranked poorly

walked in and i wasn’t greeted, however the slim female employee made eye contact with me and still continued to have a conversation with whoever was in the back. nobody came to ask to see if i needed help or if i was looking for anything specific. noticed that most items were out of stock. not returning to this location.
