I’m writing this review to warn others who may be considering renting this salon. My experience with the owner was extremely disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid similar issues. My sister & I we have rented salon on suite 23-28 for couple room for a year & half
I had been renting the salon space and everything was going fine—until it came time to leave.
When I was preparing to move out, the owner told me I didn’t need to remove the bar we had installed for massage services, claiming it would be useful for the next tenant. This turned out to be a lie. When no one ended up renting the space right after me, the owner deducted money from my deposit for the removal—despite the fact that I already had a technician ready to take care of it at no cost.
It felt like a scam. The owner constantly changed their words, spoke evasively, and was overall dishonest and unreliable. I would not trust anything they say without clear written agreement and evidence.
On top of that, it took nearly a month to get my security deposit back. If I hadn’t already moved back to Thailand, and if my friend (a nail technician) hadn’t stepped in to collect the refund on my behalf, I honestly don’t know if I would’ve seen that money again.

Nataly just saved me from a trainwreck haircut at another salon. I called the morning I needed her and — without being a loyal client — she accommodated me in her busy schedule. Within minutes of walking into her salon, she appropriately assessed the damage and made the haircut outcome better than I could have ever expected. “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of this” and she totally did! Amazing price, and the way she treated me was like family. Nataly is exemplary of what a great hair salon is — I’ll never go anywhere else in Houston!Edit: forgot to mention the fact that there is an amazing receptionist who is so friendly and walks you to your appointment. I have not had this experience before in other independent salon groups. Beats getting lost in a maze of beauty rooms!

Terrific setup for salon services - the building has bright lighting and we'll marked signage to find the salon you are booked with. A receptionist was available to direct me and there were rest rooms and a soda machine. Very well laid out with plenty of parking.
