My Mother and I were in town because my Dad was getting treatment at MD Anderson. We needed some hair love while we were there for 3 weeks. Sweet Rylee was so great. My Mother had a blow out and trim then came back for another blow out. Rylee was able to fit me in for a hair cut and color refresh. She did exactly what we both asked for. Rylee was a bright spot in our stay in Houston. Thank you.

I visited SalonTrose for the first time today. I had such an incredible experience! The appointment process was perfect for busy people or those who just prefer to set everything up via phone/website. I was super nervous because I haven’t had a haircut in YEARS. Haeli fully understood my hair concerns and planned out a full revival for my thick, curly hair. The salon has a Practical Magic vibe and is very welcoming. Haeli made sure to let me know about each product she was using and how I could use it or incorporate different techniques into my hair care routine. For someone who knows very little about how to care for my mane, this was super helpful! She was bright and easy to bond with. I love the results; my hair feels light, bouncy, and whimsical. I highly recommend her, for my curly girls especially ~

Hailee is good, but i’d say she specializes in blondes only, with utah curls which does NOT suit everyone including me. i went for a bronde balayage and yes she killed it BUT after getting toned and adding some lowlights, she toned my hair extremely dark where it looks like my natural hair color-dark brown. i didn’t get an apology or anything she just said it’ll fade after a while but it still looks so dark, and not what i asked for, now i have to go and get it lightened up- more money and damage. be prepared to be overcharged if u have lengthy hair, i was charged an extra 60$ because of how much bleach was used. at my current salon they did not need to use that much bleach.
if going to hailee make sure you’re blonde bc she only does blondes good, and if u want your hair styled be prepared to only get utah curls.
