My mom went today and witnessed someone leave donations plus a donation of bread. They put the bread in the back and when my mom asked a worker could she have some bread the worker stated, oh no she brought that for me... Not right, 4 stars because in the past manager is very friendly and will work with the customers.

They are very picky about getting donations. Not the first time this happened. They aren't about helping the community. I will NEVER donate or shop here

If there was a zero star that's what I would give this place it is horrible! What a travesty that these people are scamming the people who need the most help. Items in the store are dirty ragged and priced within pennies of the original price and often times above the same price at a discount like Marshalls. Cookware household items that often times people have a hard time affording are priced more than original stores! I had things from IKEA that more Original price on glassware and dishes! Also things from the dollar store remarked $2.25! I did not look at very many other things except the appliances, they were again more expensive than Walmart and they were dirty and used. I didn't look at very many clothes because you could see that they were ragged and smelly. I saw one little girl with a blouse in her hand that was a little tank top that could not have been more than 5.99 at target and it was priced at four dollars and some pennies! The worst thing is these people are getting rich rich rich off of the less fortunate. I wish somebody would expose this business

For a place like the Salvation Army, where there is tons of things to inventory and track, this particular, Salvation Army does a very good job. Management has always been very kind and considerate. I will work with you on prices, especially with furniture. The front desk cashiers are awesome And I have been coming here for about three years. I actually purchased my living room furniture set from the army. Be aware though, if you purchase from the Salvation Army and you are not able to pick it up yourself or bring it home in a truck you will have to pay for delivery. They use a third-party for delivery and I think it’s 50 bucks.

I'm just curious if anyone else has had the same experience as me at the salvation army what is the deal with these high prices on their electronics specifically their TV's??? They're coffee pots, it's actually ridiculous I mean you can buy a brand new TV or a brand new coffee pot maker for a few dollars more so to me it makes no sense why in the world the salvation army is charging such high prices for these items? Then the other part that really bothers me they had maybe five or six TVs one TV is $80 one TV is 40 One is 50 One is 60 and so on and so on and the guy tells me he'll give them all to me for 150 so I tell him why don't we just divide 150 by 6:00 and you give me this one TV for that. He didn't say nothing then.

I enjoy shopping their. The customer service are always helpful. And the fitting room is clean and the way the mirrors are situated are very helpful too. Thank you for patience.

Every thing was nicely displayed, nothing left laying on the floor. They had just what I was looking for and at bargain price. I am getting a bag ready to take for donation.

My daughter loves to go to this places, this one Bissonnet close to Hillcroft is nice, very clean, all the clothes in hangers, selected by color and size, all the crystals in one place and nicely organized, lot of nice furniture, some items to pricey, remember is to help poor people, the manager a sweet boy, He flies all over the place, checking, asking customers if they are good, and on, and on.

This is a nice thrift shop. All of the clothes are organized by color. They have a good selection of children’s clothing and adult sizes. The furniture is a great deal. I haven’t bought any but I see the prices when I go. Regular sales are something you should check into. All Salvation Army’s have 50% all clothing on Wednesdays and 50% off of furniture on Saturdays.

Furnitures are incredibly looks like new and I'm so happy to get the furniture what I wanted. I'll always go there and check the furnitures for my home whenever I have time again. The salesman was nice and he knows how to treat customers.

They had zero books worth anything for a giant store with tons of furniture ,and the prices were not thrift store prices. Some shoes range between 15 and $25 it was very disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was walking into the store today. The store is spacious and well-lit. Everything is clean and organized. Good job!
