Hey Sam's Boat! Maybe you shouldn't be rude to new customers especially women. I've heard this time and time again with Sam's Boat on Richmond. Great patio but girl bartenders are very rude and not pleasant. Well you missed out obviously a lot of sales and tip for the people you have now running your bar. I live here and had a large group coming all expense paid. After my night and your staff good luck! You bartenders are rude, entitled and not just not pleasant. I could say more but your face of the house is making you loose mad money! I know this been there!! Take the trash out you will make money even after decades!!!

This store is 10 minutes away so it's very convenient. I hate that I can't ever place a pick up order because this location marks their packs of members mark water out of stock no matter what day/time. I change locations just to make sure there isn't a glitch, but this location marks their item out of stock so that you HAVE to go in store. When I do go in, they have many pallets full of water. It's very inconvenient when I'm too busy to go in store.

Worse Sam's Club EVER. We were shopping for our business and an employee starts yelling an aisle away, waving her hands saying they are close and to get in line. Just rude and disrespectful. We left the cart full of stuff right there. We are plus members and never planned on standing in line. We scan on the app and checkout that way. Either way, it was disgusting and will never come to this location again.

This review only covers the cafe. Wife and I visited youngest daughter on Labor Day with dinner. Daughter requested greasy meat lover pizza and hotdog from Sam's. My youngest daughter usually cooks and eats healthy, but she decided Labor Day was her cheat day. So wife and I dropped by this Sam's and picked up pizza, hotdog / soda combo and a churro to go. Total cost was $12.45, tax included. The meal was full of grease, chemicals, carbohydrate, salt, and nasty calories, but tasted delicious. One of the cheapest meal for three that we ever had. Definitely not healthy and not fine dining, but no regret at that low cost. Anyway it was a family cheat day. Labor Day long line, but four employees were working. We got our fresh made foods in about 10 minutes. The employees were friendly and efficient.
