I simply stopped by to get a replacement membership card because I lost mine over the weekend. I had to wait in like for 20 minutes while they assisted other customers when all I needed was 1-2 minutes. Eventually another worker came and helped me, what was supposed to be a quick in and out trip turned into a pain

I am so disappointed in the flowers that my husband bought from Sands for Valentine's Day. They were supposed to be the deluxe premium bouquet, he spent $40 on them and they're already half dead. It used to be that you could count on Sam's for fresh reasonably priced flowers not anymore.

Hey Sam's Boat! Maybe you shouldn't be rude to new customers especially women. I've heard this time and time again with Sam's Boat on Richmond. Great patio but girl bartenders are very rude and not pleasant. Well you missed out obviously a lot of sales and tip for the people you have now running your bar. I live here and had a large group coming all expense paid. After my night and your staff good luck! You bartenders are rude, entitled and not just not pleasant. I could say more but your face of the house is making you loose mad money! I know this been there!! Take the trash out you will make money even after decades!!!

I go to this location for the pharmacy alone. I never have long waits for certain medicines that are not in stock elsewhere. The staff is always friendly even when busy and they keep me up to date on my vaccines. When blackberries are in stock they have the best ones in the city outside of a farmers market.

The food here is such a craving. The drinks are good too! The pizza is exactly what you’d imagine that cheesy cartoon pizza to taste like. Not to mention also the good deals on bulk groceries.

SpanishEnglishOnly racist people work here, they think that because they have their stupid scanner, they have the power, they check the pure Latino thing by thing, and the other people only scan the ticket and don't even count the things they carry, the worst Sam's Club ever, and if you try to complain just don't waste your time, the manager is a mess, they don't help you at all. no customer service skills at all, MANAGEMENT WHAT kind of employees do you hire, I really think you can do better at least give them some tutorials or something, because they actually lack customer service, if you can avoid this store please do. but then do not say that you were not warned about this racist store,

Sam's Club is great for big quantities shopping that can last, especially when you have a large family member. But, you need to subscribe to the membership card before being able to shop there.I really have had a wonderful experience so far...

Good Sam's Club, but there isn't a vast selection of items compared to other Sam's across Houston area. many times they are out of basic items like eggs, milk and yogurt. Customer service is good and employees around the club are helpful.

This store is 10 minutes away so it's very convenient. I hate that I can't ever place a pick up order because this location marks their packs of members mark water out of stock no matter what day/time. I change locations just to make sure there isn't a glitch, but this location marks their item out of stock so that you HAVE to go in store. When I do go in, they have many pallets full of water. It's very inconvenient when I'm too busy to go in store.

Sam’s club curbside? More like Sam’s club theftside. I get shorted items or get giving items that are 3 weeks expired 50% of the time. Definitely not convenient having to come to the store twice. What a sham.
