I am very disappointed in the customer service experience I had. When I took my car for body repair I told Melanie and Mike I was not interested in changing the headlamp. I DID NOT WANT IT CHANGED! Carlos called me before ordering parts and I told him I didn't want the light changed but was unhappy that insurance was paying for an after-market light. My car was on my 1 year old and that'll had all original parts. After that conversation, which he clearly misunderstood, he ordered a OEM light and replaced it. When I told him that I didn't want a new light and asked him to put the old one back on he said the manager told him to give me the old one but I had to pay for the new one. He also suggested I sell the light myself to recoup some of the money I was going to spend for the new light. When I mentioned I wasn't in auto part sales and that seems more in line with his type of business he just laughed. Long story short I was forced to pay for a part I didn't want replaced to the tune of about $700. That is terrible customer service when I know I told 3 people several times not to replace it! If you want to make sure you get what you pay for record your calls.

Jenniqua Jones-I do not know where to start… This was the best experience I have ever had when dealing with any auto shop. From start to finish I was given 5 start service. Carlos was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure the repairs on my car went smoothly without any extra headaches from the insurance company. I can’t forget Melanie. She was very patient and has a beautiful personality and smile! If you want Grade A service on customer service and repairs… Santa Ana Body Shop is the place to go. Thank you for everything!

I dropped off my car, and they worked on it immediately because I told them I'm renting a car and I need mine fixed ASAP. When I came to pick up the car, I was impressed with the great job they had done on it. I was very pleased because they did a deep cleaning on my car before handing it to me.

These guys were fantastic! Gave me an honest quote and worked with me on a timeline to get it out. Receptionist was super friendly and Brandon did a great job on the work. 10/10 definitely recommend

Really happy with the work they did on my 4Runner fixing a dent on the bumper. I worked with Brandon and Mike, both of whom were wonderful. I appreciated how thorough Brandon was when giving me the estimate and explaining the work and cost that would be required. I couldn't believe how fast they got the work done and now my car looks great!

This is a great body shop. I’ve used them several times, and every experience has been A+! Their communication is amazing. Their staff are super nice and communicate on a consistent basis. My vehicle always looks amazing after leaving their shop❣️???

Carlos was my rep and he did a phenomenal job. Someone crashed into my car andran off. About $5,000 in damage was caused to my vehicle. They haggled with my insurance, getting them to cover some of the damages. that they deemed "unrelated". It was. definitely a sight to see when I got my car back and it looked better than it did before the crash. Carlos kept me updated throughout the repair process, including his interaction with the claims adjuster. SantaAna Body Shop is my go to place for any cosmetic repairs I need done on my car. They have a solid team and exception customer service. I would choose them again for sure!

We are from Kansas City Missouri snow-birding in the coastal areas of Texas. We pull our Jeep Wrangler behind our motor home. We had a blowout on the right side front of our Jeep while towing that took out the fender and several trim components. Being from out of town and not knowing the reputation of any repair facilities we found Santa Anna Body Shop via google reviews. We are extremely satisfied with the workmanship, paint, and overall repair process. Brandon was our service rep and kept us informed throughout the process. His professionalism put us at ease that our Jeep would be fixed right. The work took about one week and we were back on the road. We can’t say enough good things about Brandon and Santa Anna Body Shop on 34th street in Houston TX.

I highly recommend this body shop. They made what I thought was going to be a stressful process very easy. They were patient and responsive to all my questions. Quick turnaround and excellent workmanship. Very friendly and helpful environment. Also appreciated getting a freshly washed vehicle (inside and out). Thank you so much Santa Ana!

BEWARE. I would not recommend anyone to go to Santa Ana. They are crooks. To start off I dropped my car off on August 17th and picked it up September 29th which is over 7 weeks. I paid over $1,400 due to this in rental cars. Secondly, every single week I had to be the one to call and get an update. Everyone I spoke to said the receptionist was the one in charge of calling weekly to give updates which never happened. When I tried to ask Mike (the possible owner, unclear) why things are taking so long he stated multiple times and said it is all progressives fault. He lied about when they got checks from the insurance company (I have emails from every time a check was sent from progressive) as well as when parts were coming in. Mike says he has notes to prove it yet is not willing to provide any of the “proof”. When I went to go pick up the car after more than 7 weeks they made me pay before the car was brought out. There were multiple things wrong with it (see pictures below). You’d think it would be perfect at that point. When I pointed everything out that was wrong to Mike all he said was that is what happens with repairs being “after market”. Unclear what that means but supposedly one of the reasons it took so long was Santa Ana requested new parts on every part that needed to be replaced so there was no “after market” parts. When I stated I should not have to pay the $2,000 to them Mike was unwilling to fix anything and give any money back. When I stated we would just deal with all this mess a different way he was hesitant to give me my car keys back.FOLLOW UP: The insurance company reached out to Santa Ana about how I was unhappy with how the car looked. Santa Ana agreed with the repairs not looking the best but said they went with the best bumper they had since they had already had my car for 2 months. They said since they agreed with the assessment they would be willing to take back my car to find a better bumper to fit. No offer on any type of refund or anything for their mistake. Why would I ever let them have my car again after this whole debacle?
