They have beautiful dresses and they delivered it in a timely manner. The only issue we have is that don’t order any custom made dresses. They say they can do it but they don’t come through. We ordered a beautiful dress with a matching long bow on the back. When we went pick up the dress, we asked for the bow and they didn’t have it ready. We drove 3 hours to pick it up. They were trying to find the pattern to match the dress. So they said we would have within 3 weeks. They told us to text them not to call. We kept texting ask where our bow was we kept getting a different date or they would leave us on read and wouldn’t respond. We didn’t receive until late January 2024. We did the mistake of not comparing the bow to the dress. We finally took out the bow and put next to the dress and it’s a different color and different pattern. We’ve been trying to get a hold of them and they never respond and just leave us on read. Now have to make a trip to Houston and return their bow and get our money back. If you can don’t do something don’t make promises to your clients you can’t keep.Unhappy customer

We traveled from Georgia on February 17, the girl who attended us was super attentive and friendly and always asking how my daughter felt in the dresses she was wearing. I really recommend her, when you go to try on a dress we highly recommend her and we will return very happy because thanks to her we found my daughter's dress. Her name is MARISSA L.Thank you very much Marissa for making our visit very pleasant.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!We walked in and waited for about 10mins and no one came to assist. We were looking to try on Quinceanera dresses for 2 young girls for a Double Quince and thought we would look at dresses until someone would assist….. Instead, you get a worker who comes straight towards us, and says, give me that dress because if you ruin it, you will have to pay for it, and took the dress I was holding, then proceeded to ask is anyone helping you! Her tone was rude and dry, which is the worst service ever during this type of economy. Evidently they have enough business, so CUSTOMER SERVICE is not important.Word-of-mouth is the best form of advertising.My word-of-mouth from experience is not a good.Unhappy customer

This store helped me out when I had no hope. I ordered a dress at another store and they try to give me a dress that was supposed to be a ragazza dress and it didn’t look like it and was damage, that I paid $2200 for. I called Sarah couture they had the dress and told me they would help. They went above and beyond for me. They gave me a discount on the dress and now I am able to take my daughters quince pictures and she will have a dress for her quince that is next month. They literally saved my daughter’s quince. I don’t know what I would have done without them. They even helped me get my money back from the other store. To save yourself from a headache only buy from Sarah couture. They have the best customer service and the best dresses. I will forever be thankful for them.

We saw this place on Tiktok/Ig when they were having a $300 off any dress event. We wrote them and asked if there was a way we could lock this deal in as we’re from out of state, they replied and stated they had great discounts for out of state/towners. We arrived months later, walked in and girl was like what are you looking for? Just point at what you want I’ll bring it down. Very bland attitude but looked young so, not really her fault I guess. After trying 5 dresses asked lady at register the prices and about discounts for out of staters and with attitude she’s like what the most we’ll do is $100. ??? Another girl came out and priced out with $100 discount but it went right back up to original price + more. They’re extremely overpriced compared to the surrounding stores. Old lady was pacing back and forth the ENTIRE time we were there not saying a word and staring at us from different corners of the store (weird). Overall, I feel that customer service should be superb no matter what but especially if you’re overcharging for your merchandise. Def look around before purchasing here.

We had Marissa as our stylist, from the moment we arrived she had a smile on her face. We had 2 girls getting fitted and she was just amazing! She spoke to the girls individually, asked their wants and needs in a dress. She gave them several options to chose from and her opinion as a professional, which was very appreciated! Even when it got crowded, she took her time to still give her full attention to out girls and listen to them. I can't say enough good things about this customer service! ANYTHING our girls would ask if it could be altered or changed or even added, she said "yes" to. There was nothing that wasn't doable. We had visited several boutiques before this one but Sarah's Boutique gave us and more importantly our girls a beautiful experience. We NEVER felt rushed or like we were a burden, and it got really busy. They also had technical difficulties but Marissa handled all of it w so much professionalism, you could tell she was very experienced! I want to thank Marissa for a wonderful try on moment. You made our girls experience one they'll forever remember ?! You're an amazing human being I wished the world was full of people like you. Please come visit them, it's worth every penny you spend!

really awkward the old lady didn't acknowledge us and we basically were fending for ourselves looking for the dresses. is there a back room with more dresses? I wouldn't know cause she never told us. she was on her phone the whole time and when we were struggling with the dresses with looking at them she listened and watched. one younger lady come out of the little door in the back and stared at us weird then turned the light off in the store.. it wasn't dark but it was jsut weird and then when more people came they didn't get acknowledged either

Today went to pick up up my daughters dress, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect. Marissa helped me and my daughter and despite the many times we went in to try different styles or colors she and other staff members kept a positive attitude and kept professional at all times. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Marissa and the other staff.. Keep up the good work!

This lady is horrible at communicating! I took my dress for alterations and trusted her that it would be completed within a reasonable time and she lied in multiple occasions. At the end she didn’t respond my text and basically had one of her employees return the dresses how I had left them at her shop. Due to her not fixing the dress I incurred additional expenses in rescheduling my daughters photos for her big day. It’s ridiculous how you trust the individual and you are upfront and yet they can’t do the same. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLACING YOUR TRUST IN THIS LADY!

Got my daughters dress from her 10/10 would recommend her!! She was amazing, great communication and loved the dress, she was there with us every step of the way as well as great recommendations on reception halls!! Will be going back for my other daughter
