The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have lots of shoes and never rush customers. They work to please. And SAS makes great, comfortable and long lasting shoes. The parking lot is a little scary with persons with multiple backpacks and or bags milling around rather aimlessly. I would not go after dark.

Ester, the staff pedorthist I was served by this afternoon in Houston on 9947 South Post Oak Road was most professional, informative and helpful with the insoles I needed for my five year old SAS 14.5 shoes. I miss the SAS we had in Baton Rouge. But thank goodness this store is round the corner from my folks. I will recommend anyone in Houston to purchase their footwear from this young lady.

Great service from all three ladies that work there. I was able to exchange my shoes and try on replacements as the new ones started to hurt after a week. It was a 2 week process but was able to find the right work shoe.

WARNING!!! I should have read ‘*’ rating before stepping in this store. Extremely unwelcoming white blond lady rushed me , asking what you need? I really distressed with her salty voice. I have planned to buy a new pair but ended up buying a cream for my old pair. “NO NOT AGAIN” in this shop.I love the SAS shoes. It does not look fancy but great sole to withstand the foot pressure.

Writing this as I am currently leaving the store (Post oak location). I got here 20 minutes (6:40) before they closed (7pm) to get my grandma her favorite pair of shoes. Long blonde haired white lady was very unwelcoming, rushing me and asking me what did I need as I repeatedly told her I was looking for a specific pair of shoes but wasn’t sure of the name.. kept following me through the aisles, going back and forth from the front desk saying “I’m closing” and looking at what I was doing. She kept taking shoes out of my hands and saying “ this is my store what do you need help with” she would not let me look at shoes on my own. She was very rude and unprofessional. Rushed me out like I wasn’t there to spend money, by 6:49 she had me checking out and rushed me out of the door locking it behind me. At any other store that I’ve been in door get locked and employees let customer finish their shopping with a warning that they are closing in 5 or minutes, not rushed out of the store. Love the shoes here but customer service is NOT it.
