I can’t ask for more help than I got there Teresa. The pharmacist was amazing. I was having a problem with my prescription plan and she worked with me for like two weeks. She was sweet and even when I go in there now she’ll answer any questions or do anything for you I love Hometown pharmacy and this is what it reminds me of. Thank you Teresa and all your people who work with you I do appreciate everything you did for me.

The manager is nice . She explains all things to me. She delivers my medication when she is there . There is one girl that is very very rude. I get on the phone with her , and she has hung up on me before. I have been made to think I needed to change my pharmacy when I was yelled at by her. My doctor recommended that pharmacy and he's is one of the top doctors in Houston Texas. It's just one girl . I assume others have the same problem. I was yelled at when I was on the phone with a new personal. Telling me to call my doctor. My doctor told me to call sav. Well I do write reviews. So she has made my experience very nerve racking . I don't even want to call them anymore. I yelled one time then I apologized to the manager regarding this person. Now they won't give me her name to turn her into the state board of insurance. The pharmacy is very busy. But so is cvs. The paper they use on the bottles r not up to code. The letters wear off. I asked them to replace the paper because I am in surgery alot these days and get behind on my meds, so it becomes wasteful. Then I have to look the medication up online . It's a pain . So the manager changed it for me. That was so nice. The pharmacy is a mess. They need a regular cleaning cure for thier floors at night . They need to also stay up to code on their fire and safety equipment. Everything is not sterile. I hope this helps them out . With all the business they get , they should be able to afford a cleaning cure.

They texted on and off with me for hours today. Got my son a hard to find Rx, and they were so kind and patient. Plus, due to chronic spine pain, I drive only in my zipcode, and they 2ill deliver Rx tomorrow. Thank you to all that helped me today.

Nice friendly staff. My meds are ready quickly. Not to mention they have one of my prescriptions in stock that’s on back order everywhere else. The owner even offered me a cheaper alternative than what I’d been prescribed.

Really fast service when I get there the medication is always ready and I don’t take long from the doctors office to the pharmacy only 10 min away. Really nice people

Just the staff was nice, very knowledgeable. Everything works quiet. I would recommend this Motel 21 who work out of town or just wants it I get away reasonable I would recommend it.

Great pharmacy. Always professional and friendly, and they are kind enough to check for coupons and discounts to lower your cost. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Awesome customer service, awesome everything. Dealing with pharmaceutical companies can be so incredibly frustrating and they are absolutely a breath of fresh air.. keep up the good work!
