I bought a firm Queen. Lilian very kind woman, but possibly she could have warned me about how firm that firm would be. (If she did, I didn't hear her!) Perhaps she could have said, "Most people don't like firm, it is very hard..." In the time I had in the store, trying to figure out which I wanted, I still was unsure. I bought a firm Queen thinking I don't want to sink into the bed. They delivered the next day as they said they would and put it right on my old frame. Yay. But, their firm is extremely firm. I couldn't sleep well and all sales are final. They will not take the bed back, so beware. When you are trying out the beds, make sure you are happy with what you buy. I would have bought the medium if I had it to do again. As it is, I had to buy a "topper" from Amazon at $120. Still haven't slept in it since I have to give it 48 hours to expand. I hope it works! To their credit: Another salesperson called me and gave me advice about what topper to buy. I like the people there and their products. But: Make sure you like what you buy because once you buy it, there is no turning back! All sales final.

Senior Rafael and the Hermosa Maria helped a brother in need. I just moved to Houston and went shopping for a 12" pillow top mattress, by far they gave me the best quality mattress for the best price. Don't waste your time shopping anywhere else!

I came to this store looking for a queen mattress and Lucy was very professional and friendly the whole time. She gave me time to try out the different mattress and felt very comfortable with her. I found the perfect mattress for me in terms of price and quality. Delivery was same day and driver was also very professional. Highly recommend.
