Its the only place I could find in 100 miles to work on vintage audio gear. They are working on two receivers for me. Will post more after I get them back.

I brought in two dead tube amps. $460 later I pick up two dead tube amps. No clear explanation on the work that was done. No write up or receipt. I'm not happy! And will be taking these to another tech. I don't recommend. Poor communication.

Tom did an amazing job repairing my Marantz 2230. One week to diagnose it and one week to repair it. 10/10 would recommend! Not to mention every record store in town recommends him.

Took in a 1978 Yamaha CR 2020 receiver with no sound and a 1978 Micro Seiki DD35 turntable with bad sound quality. $30 each for diagnostic. Mr. Tran figured out the turntable cartridge was off azimuth and charged nothing more to adjust it. Receiver needed a rebuild of the voltage regulator circuit and had to order parts. Mr. Tran took only about 2.5 weeks to fix and promptly called backed when I checked on it. Mr. Tran not only fixed the voltage regulator, he cleaned the pots and also fixed the non working backlight on the radio dial for no extra charge. 500 bucks well worth it to get my originally purchased receiver and turntable working again like when I was a teenager. Very pleased. BTW, my other alternative was Austin Stereo but they quoted me much more to repair and could not get to it for 3 months.

Tom knows his stuff, even tube audio (he fixed my Fisher 500C). Very generous with his time and knowledge, very fair price too. Tom is excellent!

I called Tom and explained to him what is wrong with my Sony dual cassette deck. He gave me an estimate and I decided not to repair. Tom was honest about the price and not giving me the run around (save me time and money). Not that many people out there would do this. I would recommend Tom plus I have read all the good reviews.

Took my old Kenwood KR-8050 in for service to get all pots cleaned, power switch replaced and recapped. Ended up needing a pre amp board and a couple of trouble resistors replaced along with a voltage regulator. 940.00 bucks later she's good for a few more decades. Tom is very good. I would use again!

Amazing work for the price! He brought a 1959 Motorola turntable back to life in perfect condition; I can not believe I waited so long to give Tom a review. You cannot find a better person to do business with on vintage sound. Tom is a maestro and affordable. Just what I need to afford this hobby.

Tom is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed my classic turntable and brought it back to life. He was pretty prompt especially when you consider that he's a one man operation. I would recommend him if you have any audio equipment that needs repair. Be advised that no credit cards are accepted.
