Came in on 4/24/2024 purchased a salad and they have the worst customer experience service ever all the management team here could offer me was a cinnamon roll strawberries on my salad were not fresh gave me little chicken on my salad and I have a receipt to show for how much they ripped me off don’t ever go give your business to this establishment gunz I believe the name of the owner

Manager denied me to purchase a fresh cinnamon roll if I didn’t purchase the one that was sitting in glass case first. I’d rather take my business elsewhere where customers money can be spent as they please.

Good food a little too pricey for a sandwich, but best sandwiches around. The Veggie Pizza is my husbands favorite and their soups are great!

Food is always good and made right. I like the pick 2 the most since you can get half a sandwich and half a pizza. The people that work here are super nice as well.

My daughter likes for us to visit the Kingwood Dr location when she is home from college. The food is always fresh and the service is awesome! we highly recommend this location for good food.

Just left this place at 4:27 pm on Sunday 8/27/2023. First I waited 5 minutes for anyone to even to front to take my order, then was told they close at 5 pm and they can't make any salads, pizzas or soups because they are about to close. Why stay open to 5 but cant make your menu items, Maybe this is something management should address as well as front counter staff being there when customers enter establishment

This Schlotzsky's location is wonderful!! Saturday I placed a large lunch order at this location with Jessica and she was absolutely AMAZING! She was so patient and so friendly and literally everything was perfect and delicious! I have had one prior experience with this Schlotzsky's location on Kingwood Drive and it was AMAZING as well. Mike was the person that helped me previously with that order and just like him, Jessica was FANTASTIC also!! Mike and Jessica made this such a wonderful experience and the food is always correct and delicious!! THANK YOU SO MUCH JESSICA FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND, this was a huge order and everything was delicious!! We will DEFINITELY look forward to ordering from y'all in the future!! :)

MIKE IS FANTASTIC AND SO FRIENDLY at the Schlotzsky's on Kingwood Drive in Kingwood, Texas 77339!!! I had ordered a large group order from this location Saturday 5/6 and Mike was absolutely AMAZING!! Every order was correct and delicious! Mike is an awesome at this location and we will always eat here now!!
