Five months ago, I switched my insurance back to State Farm, specifically with Agent Scott McNab, and the service has been excellent. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been friendly, professional, and helpful.
I especially want to thank Melanie for her patience and understanding while helping me sort out some billing issues. She made the process smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt taken care of.
Highly recommend their team for anyone looking for reliable, supportive service. Thank you again, Melanie!

I've been using this State Farm team for my car and renters insurance for a couple years now since moving to Texas. I've never had an issue, they're always so helpful making any changes or updates to my policies. I've mostly worked with the representative Melanie and she's so incredibly helpful and supportive. She takes her time to walk you through all of the packages and the benefits to make sure you get what is best for you. Thanks again Melanie!!

I was in need of transferring to a State Farm agent closer to home and Ashley was able to help me over the phone. She guided me in how to take steps and easily do the full transfer on the State Farm website without having to come to their office. Personalized customer service is something that is hard to find in our current times. Call me old school but care and attention to detail matter. Tiffany Adams just concluded issuing new home and auto policies for our family. She was not only extremely informative and knowledgeable but also honest, caring, detailed, and always available to answer questions.

Ashley at Scott McNab Agency was so efficient and timely in the process of setting us up with home auto and umbrella policies. She went over the quote line by line answering any questions we had. Rate was a little more than previous company we were with but included some good upgrades in coverage.
